- "Uh oh, why can't I inhale?"—During the adventure begins chapter, page 6 to establish the card system in this comic.
- Big Eater: Kirby is well known for this and this is established here too, while it's not yet known if this is his Berserk Button though.
- Power Limiter: The cards have different borders and each is stronger or unique but limited in use, plus the cool down time in like real game is an obstacle Kirby will have to deal with being more strategical during this or being saved by Hanna in one case using a spell called Ultima. depending on the power the cool down time will be longer to be presumed and more stronger cards may have more usage or just one hit ko's.
