Main Characters

Shiromi

Amusing Injuries: Same enjoys flopping on her in his small form, which usually provokes a spout of Blood from the Mouth.
Born Unlucky: Absolutely nothing in her life ever goes right for her. That's before her summoning Same.
Hero with Bad Publicity: Despite trying to save the world from the demon lord, Same often causes severe collateral damage turning the people of her own kingdom against her.
Morality Pet: Despite showing very little respect, Same does care deeply for Shiromi.

Same

Ax-Crazy: Due to being an actual shark, he's this.
Berserk Button: Any couple who displays affection whether genuine or sexual just signed their death warrant.
Combo Platter Powers: It effectively has every power that B-Movie shark monsters have, such as increasing in size to forming a massive sharknado.
Even Evil Can Be Loved: Shiromi cares deeply for Same, despite the amount of chaos he cause in her life. Oftentimes when commenting about his destruction, she just refers to him as a "troublesome child" and even when he starts crossing the line further, the most she does is lightly scold him no matter how detrimental his actions were for her life.
Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Same is loyal and affectionate with Shiromi, to the point of saving her life at the cost of his own.
New Powers as the Plot Demands: Virtually every major fight has Same showing off some kind of new ability. Sometimes it comes off as Power Copying or Adaptive Ability (i.e. turning a windstorm into a sharknado), other times he just seems to pull it out of nowhere.
Sleep-Mode Size: When not mauling anyone in it's way, it has a smaller and cuter form the size of a large dog.
Threatening Shark: It's an exceptionally violent and vicious shark that doesn't hesitate to murder anyone just for being in it's way.
Villain Protagonist: Unlike Shiromi, Same has no problem committing manslaughter, destroying kingdoms or laughing about Shiromi's suffering.

Demon Army

Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Most of the demon generals despise each other causing infighting that's quelled by the Demon Lord.

Demon Lord Shepard

Big Bad: He's the main antagonist of the story and is Shiromi's mission to save the world.
The Alcoholic: In every scene he's featured in, he's always seen chugging down some sort of alcoholic beverage. In large quantities.
The Dreaded: For very OBVIOUS reasons.
Even Evil Has Standards: He's no saint but even HE hates and despise A-Room, a coward and a disgusting sadist. To the point of punching his face and teeth out.
Noble Demon: The main reason why he started the war against humanity is because of how demons were unfairly treated.

Apapanail

Harping on About Harpies: Wings for arms, bird legs, wind powers... definitely a harpy.
Proud Beauty: She brags about being the most beautiful demon.
Starter Villain: The first demon general, Same, battled.

Zeldan

Expy: 1.) Burning Skull 2.) An awesome motorcycle 3.) Chains engulfed in flames...sounds vaguely familiar to Marvel's spirit of vengeance.

Davy Show

Benevolent Boss: Unlike most demon generals, Davy Show treats the demon soldiers most generously and cares deeply for his giant octopus.

A-Room

Monster Clown: A general of the demon army dressed up as a clown, trapping people in deadly nightmares and is generally creepy. Sounds about right.
