Kamen Rider Ghost: The 100 Eyecons and Ghost's Fateful Moment
Argos/Kamen Rider Dark Ghost/Kamen Rider Extremer
Portrayed by: Ryo Kimura (live), Yasuhiko Imai (suit)
Adonis' first son, who died from an unknown illness many years ago before the series starts. Just like Takeru, he revived as a ghost and given a Ghost Driver and the Dark Ghost Eyecon by the Hermit as Kamen Rider Dark Ghost. His primary goal is to collect 100 heroic Eyecons to create an ultimate Ghost Eyecon belt known as Extremer Driver. It can awaken an entity known as Kamen Rider Extremer, who will allow him to transform the world into one filled with ghosts. He eventually wears said Driver and transform into Kamen Rider Extremer himself.
Tropes that apply to him in general
- Ambition Is Evil: He will do anything to achieve his goal to transform the Earth into the world filled with ghosts. As revealed in the first promotional miniseries, he deliberately converted Napoléon Bonaparte into his Eyecon collection with force. It is no surprise that Sennin/Edith, the one who gives him Kamen Rider powers just like he did to Takeru, considers him as a dangerous person.
- Evil Counterpart: To Takeru Tenkuji, as both are died and revived by Sennin/Edith and granted with the powers of Kamen Rider Ghost.
- Long-Lost Relative: He is Adonis' oldest child, and as such, the older brother of Alia, Adel and Alain.
- Meaningful Name: Argos' name refers to Hera's watchman in Greek mythology, the many-eyed giant Argos (or Argus). Hera honored the giant postmortem by preserving his hundred eyes in the tails of peacocks which Argos alludes to with his goal of collecting 100 Eyecons to create Kamen Rider Extremer, whose Eyecon laden wings are designed to resemble the tail of a peacock.
Tropes exclusive to him as Kamen Rider Dark Ghost
- Evil Counterpart: Of Kamen Rider Ghost. His Dark Damashii appearance is analogous to Ghost's Ore and Toucon Boost Damashii.
- Obviously Evil: His driver announcement, "Yami no chikara! Warui yatsura!" literally comes out to "The power of darkness! The bad guy!" It doesn't even hide Argos' alignment as it's declaration isn't even "Dark Ghost" but instead "Dark Rider". (Near the end of the series, when Edith uses the Dark Ghost suit, that part's skipped.)
Tropes exclusive to him as Kamen Rider Extremer
- Evil Counterpart: To Mugen by virtue of being Dark Ghost's final form, and to Grateful for how he gets it and the fact that it requires a separate, Eyecon-themed belt.
- Fusion Dance: An unwilling one. To access it, Dark Ghost had to fuse the power of one hundred Eyecons together into the Extremer Driver.
- Horned Humanoid: Extremer has a gigantic horn on his helmet, bigger than any of the other Riders'!
- In the Hood: Par for the course with Ghost at this point
- One-Winged Angel: His cape can open up to reveal peacock-like eyes.
Daigo Fukami/Godai/Kamen Rider Zero Specter
Portrayed by: Ikki Sawamura (live), Yugo Fujii (suit)
Makoto and Kanon's long-lost father, who leaves his children without saying why. Unknown to them, he was entrusted by Sennin as Argos' guide. Just like Takeru and Argos, he is resurrected by Hermit after being slain by a Gamma Ultima. He is granted a Ghost Driver and the Zero Specter Ghost Eyecon to become Kamen Rider Zero Specter.
Tropes that apply to him in general
- Disappeared Dad: He is Makoto and Kanon's father, who abandoned his children after his wife's death.
- Happily Adopted: He adopts Makoto and Kanon as his own after rescuing them from experiments by Danton.
Tropes exclusive to him as Kamen Rider Zero Specter
- Horned Humanoid: Instead of Ghost's whispy single horn and Specter's two curved horns, Zero Specter has three horns.
- Purple Is Powerful: In contrast with Specter's blue, his Zero Damashii appearance consists of purple and black as his main colors.
Kamen Rider Ghost RE:BIRTH: Kamen Rider Specter
Danton/Evolude
Portrayed by: James Onoda
A mysterious man who is eventually revealed to be one of the co-creators of the Gamma World alongside Adonis and Eadith, and more importantly, Makoto's true father. Hard-headed but ultimately well-intentioned, he attempts to remodel the citizens of the Gamma world to improve their society, no matter the cost.
- Affably Evil: Knight Templar he may be, but he's so jovial and passionate that you can't help but like him.
- Face Death with Dignity: Had no problem being struck down by Sin Specter, especially with how amazed he is at Makoto.
- Luke, I Am Your Father: He is revealed to be Makoto's father. In fact, he's his creator, since Makoto and Kanon are his experiments.
- Mad Scientist: His attempts to change the Gamma world involved a lot of experiments on the public and on his own test guinea pigs.
- Named After Someone Famous: He is named after Georges Danton, a prominent political figure during the The French Revolution. The remnants of his faction in Ghost x Saber and Specter x Blades are also named after other political figures in the Revolution — Robes is to Maximillien Robespierre, Kamiyu's name comes from Camille Desmoulins, and Muller's derived from Jean-Paul Marat.
- So Proud of You: Spends his final moments telling Makoto this.
Chloe
Portrayed by: Aya Marsh
Danton's adoptive daughter.
- Genki Girl: Quite a cheery individual to say the least.
- Undying Loyalty: Chloe is unquestionably loyal to her surrogate father, even standing against those who defy him, so much that his death greatly affected her until Takeru cheered her up.
