BOARD
The Board Of Archaeological Research Department developed technology to combat the Undead, making the first two Rider Systems and their support gear. Is destroyed in the first episode after Tachibana's apparent betrayal. Kei Karasuma

He entrusted the Rouse Absorbers to Noboru Shima, despite knowing of the latter's nature as an Undead. He also knows of the secret that Blade's King Form has...
- Da Chief: Of BOARD.
- Back for the Finale: Helps and saves Kenzaki from several Darkroachi by fighting them.
- Put on a Bus: Several times.
Yoshito Hirose

Shiori's father, who unsealed the Undead, seemingly being killed in the process. Turns up later seemingly alive, only for him to be revealed as Trial B, originally programmed by the real Yoshito Hirose to protect his daughter. However, Tennoji reprogrammed him to monitor the Battle Fight, but after sacrificing himself to protect Shiori from Trial G, he remembers his true purpose.- Half-Human Hybrid: Trial B, like all other Trial Undead.
- Minor Major Character: He doesn't appear for long, but he's the one who set free the Undead and kickstarted the whole plot.
- Posthumous Character: Dies at the very start of the series after the Undead are set free. The Yoshito we see later is a Trial programmed with his consciousness.
Hiroshi Tennoji (Major Spoilers)

Chairman of the BOARD organization. Set up the Battle Fight in his favor, and created the hybrid Undead Category Ace Kerberos, wishing to use it to rule the world. While he manages to create (and eventually fuse) with Kerberos, he ended up getting killed by Kanai/Giraffa Undead after his defeat at the hands of the Riders.- Bad Boss: He's attempted to screw over everyone who's ever worked for him at some point.
- Big Bad: While not the final villain, everything bad in the series is pretty much his fault. He unleashed the Undeads in modern times, created the Trials and the Titan Undead, and rigged the Battle Fight in his favor, all so he could win it using Kerberos and remake the world.
- The Chessmaster: Arranged for the Undeads to be released and orchestrated the Battle Fight to his advantage through having the Rouze Riders seal the Undead and do the dirty work for him, all while he prepared Kerberos from behind the scenes in order to use it to sweep in and become the Battle Fight's victor.
- Evil Wears Black: Wears all black, including a pair of Sinister Shades.
- Evil Running Good: Runs BOARD, the organization responsible for fighting the Undeads, while secretly using them for his own ambition of ruling the world.
- Hidden Villain: He's responsible for the whole plot of the show, but his involvement isn't revealed until much later on.
- In Their Own Image: His ultimate goal is to win the Battle Fight and gain the power to reshape the world in his own image.
- The Man Behind the Monsters: Controls some of the Undead directly and a few of the Trials, but arranged the release of all of them in the first place.
- One-Winged Angel: Merges with the Kerberos Undead in order to be the victor of the Battle Fight.
- Too Dumb to Live: Maybe Tennoji should've just left the area instead of holding onto Kanai, chanting the Riders to seal him, if he wanted to live and continue his scheme for another day.
- Villainous Breakdown: He has a complete mental breakdown upon his defeat, ranting about his "new world" and how the two remaining Undead must be sealed so it can happen.
- Walking Spoiler: Pretty hard to talk about him without mentioning his role later on.
- You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: Not only did Tennoji leave his own workers to get maimed by Kerberos but also fired Tachibana and Kenzaki after declaring them a good job of sealing the Undeads for him.

A nurse and Tachibana's girlfriend from college.- Killed Off for Real: By Isaka in episode 14, for disregarding his warning to stop meddling with his affairs by helping Tachibana.
- Morality Pet: To Tachibana, even after his predicament involving Isaka. Her death managed to free Tachibana from his so-called "fear."
- Pragmatic Hero: Upon noticing how strange her boyfriend was feeling, Sayoko helps out the heroes by finding ways to help Tachibana no matter what may end up happening to her.
- Small Role, Big Impact: Her death caused Tachibana to not only defeat Isaka at last but also become The Atoner and took Mutsuki in so the same thing doesn't happen to him.
Tsukada

A researcher assisting/working for Isaka.- The Dragon: To Isaka.
- Laser-Guided Amnesia: After being freed from Isaka's control due to the latter getting sealed, Tsukada had no memory of what he did.
- Mind Control: How Isaka managed to get him and the other researchers to serve him.
- Satellite Character: Not much is known about him, especially since most of his screentime was with Isaka.
- Villainy-Free Villain: He isn't shown to be overtly villainous outside of helping Isaka.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: Isn't shown again after being freed from Isaka's control and leaving the beach area.
Jin Ichinose

An aspiring guitarist who befriended Hajime after the latter saved him from thuggish men that wanted to pulverize him.- You Are Not My Father: Got into a huge altercation with his father for disproving him of his solo career and attempting to be manager of his talents.
- You Monster!: After realizing that Hajime was telling the truth to him about himself that he's not human as well as his boat for his music career destroyed, Jin angrily had this reaction and ended his friendship with him.

The first (attempted) user of the Garren System before a critical injury costed him his career. Temporarily became Leangle during a battle.- Arc Villain: From episodes 17 to 19.
- Electric Torture: Electrocutes criminals with his own hand.
- Evil Former Friend: To Tachibana.
- FaceāHeel Turn: His warped sense of justice worsened after he became Leangle to the point where he no longer cared about justice.
- Karmic Death: After Spider goes back to Mutsuki, Leangle then sics the four unsealed Undeads on Kiryu, mauling him to death.
- Lack of Empathy: First from the criminals he electrocutes to numerous civilians he sics four Undeads on.
- Last-Name Basis: Often referred by his last name only.
- Pay Evil unto Evil: Electrocuted a man who was using a little girl as hostage after saving the latter and telling her to flee.
- Spiders Are Scary: Temporarily became Leangle and proved to be more intentionally dangerous than Mutsuki.
- Sympathy for the Devil: Even after all that he did, Tachibana still mourned his death.

A takoyaki cook who bears a resemblance with Hajime, once deciding to switch lives with him.- Big Damn Heroes: When Michi was harmed by Azumi, Ryo ended up slamming a taiyaki plate on the Undead's face in retaliation.
- Identical Stranger: To Hajime.
- Large Ham: Is more expressive compared to Hajime, even having the same scream as Tachibana and Mutsuki did at the end of episode 29.
- My God, What Have I Done?: His reaction after Michi prefers Hajime over him.

- Animal Motif: Cerberus. Befitting of the trio being derived from the Kerberos Undead in addition of being new versions of the previous BOARD Riders.
- Expy Coexistence: All 3 are based on the TV Riders - Glaive to Blade, Larc of Garren and Chalice, and Lance of Leangle.
- Guys Smash, Girls Shoot: Both Glaive and Lance are short-ranged fighters while Larc uses long-ranged weaponry.

- Antichrist: Unlike Hajime, who didn't want to end the World, Junichi has no such qualms.
- Big Bad: Of Missing Ace. He's the true identity of the Albino Joker and the one who set free all of the Undeads again.
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Junichi helps children with fundraising and is the identity of the Albino Joker.
- Evil All Along: Presents himself as a hero at first. In reality, he's the film's Big Bad.
- Evil Counterpart: To both Kenzaki and Hajime. In terms of power sets, Glaive's arsenal was based on Blade's, while his Undead form is a stronger variation of the Joker.
- Light Is Not Good:The Albino Joker and Jashin 14 are both mostly white. But they're definitely evil.
- One-Winged Angel: Fuses with Jashin-14 after unsealing it.
- Playing Card Motifs: The Albino Joker is likely an allusion to the fact that a typical deck of cards comes with two Jokers rather than just one.
- Unskilled, but Strong: Due to spending the majority of his time in the shadows in the timeline Missing Ace came to be, he didn't fight as much as the other Undead, leading him to become this trope in comparison to Hajime, who did fight...but due to having been sealed for a while in the backstory of Missing Ace, was seriously weakened by the time the two fought in that movie.
- Walking Spoiler: Try discussing him without mentioning his true role in the movie.
- White and Red and Eerie All Over: He is the Albino Joker, after all.

- Cool Sword: The Glaive Rouzer, which itself is based on the Blay Rouzer.
- Finishing Move: Gravity Slash, using the Mighty Gravity Rouze Card.
- Gold-Colored Superiority: Befitting to being the leader of the Ace Riders, Glaive is clad in gold armor.
- Logical Weakness: Power-wise, he's as strong as Blade's base form. However, since he lacks a Rouze Absorber, he lacks a counter for Blade Jack Form.
- Non-Indicative Name: He doesn't wield a glaive as you expect from his name.

- Red Herring: Early on, it's hinted she's the villain of Missing Ace. Then she gets killed by the real villain, Junichi Shimura.
- The Smurfette Principle: Of the 3 Ace Riders, and of all 7 Blade Riders, she's the only female.
Tropes exclusive to her as Kamen Rider Larc:
- Finishing Move: Ray Bullet, using the Mighty Ray Rouze Card.
- Meaningful Name: L'arc is French for "the bow".
- Red Is Heroic: For a definition of the word heroic, Larc is a morally ambiguous figure at best.
Shin Magaki/Kamen Rider Lance

An ex-restaurant employee and the third of the Ace Riders, who, much like Natsumi, uses a copy of the Change Kerberos Card. Notable for being the only Rider whose A.R Counterpart has the exact same name as him.
