Major Hero OCs

    John"Jotaro"Dimitiri Svoboda
John "Jotaro" Dimitri Svoboda. A powerful hero student and capable teacher in some rights. His power set is somewhat unusual to comprehend in the world of My Hero Academia. Mostly because his powers are not a quirk. So he starts being known as a "true meta" as he is different from the genetic mutation element that most are accustomed to in the world. His baseline powers involve his insane strength, invulnerability, and even speed. And that isn't the limit of his capabilities.

  • Boxing Lessonsfor Superman: Justice took to learning a number of martial arts in his younger years. Some to better help with control and defeating certain opponents. Others were improve a few of his skills and pass on the teachings of his mentors. this involves ki training and combat as well. Something he passes to a number of heroes.
  • Berserk Button: do NOT, hurt those who are close to him. Especially if he cares about them romantically. Because he will level a mountain to get to you.
  • Expy: Similar to All Might, he is something of a Superman clone. he is the Superman of his universe and the strongest hero there. Now though, he's quite a bit weaker. In more than one way.
  • Flying Brick: he usually prefers not to fly, given going too fast could cause damage. But he can actually fly under his own power and at incredible speeds.
  • Hero of Another Story: Justice is a superhero from another dimension who is traveling with his partner to explore more worlds. He himself having fought multiple villains and enemies in his home dimension as the strongest hero.
  • Hidden Depths: an adept martial artist and capable teacher for those who are true metas. But that is not the limit of his talents.
    • He is actually a decent cook and baker in his spare time. A far contrast to his partner who invokes the Leathal Chef trope more often. At least by his standards.
    • A capable musician as well. Done as a way to deal with a number of his mental issues. He can't write music and isn't an expert in every instrument he owns. But he can match her tempo and play drums for the School Festival.
    • An avid rock climber, even without powers, he knows the best ways to make his way up a cliffside.
    • [[spoiler: due to his past as a search and rescue ranger, he can triage anyone in an emergency situation.
  • Superhero Origin: goes into a I'mNotAHero.I'm... trope. fully believes this because of the incident that gave him his powers in his home dimension. Due to not stopping or taking an Evil Scientist to a hidden away grotto of radioactive materials, he was dropped into the middle of it. And lost control of himself upon stepping into sunlight. Going insane due to hearing and smelling everything around the world at once. Not being able to see. And his skin was so sensitive that it felt as though he was on fire in the sunlight. All of this led to a Superpower Meltdown and he leapt around the world, destroying 15 major cities, and taking the lives of over 100 million people in the span of two hours. And even more died in the years following this, to the point almost 1 billion died due to all the aftershocks and fallout.
  • Brought Down to Badass: even when drained of most of the energy that empowers him to All Might levels, he is still a capable fighter and hero.
  • Can't Stay Normal: even with magic or anything else, he'll eventually return to full strength and his Superman level powers.
  • The Cape: of a sort. He's a bit more blunt or crass than most who are Capes. he was the main Cape for his home dimension. Only leaving to entrust the world to successors.
  • Chest Insignia: a set of Libra scales to emphasize his name as Justice.
  • Civvie Spandex: alongside his shirt that he generates by forcing an electric charge around his chest to ionize the air, he wears combat pants and boots. though he could form a full uniform if he was at his full power
  • Clark Kenting: something he brings up right at the start was that few really would look twice at him. He may be a bit taller than most from Japan, but that isn't all that unusual. Especially in comparison to the various heteromorphic type quirks and changes they do to people. So he doesn't exactly have to put out to really hide in the begining.
  • Combat Pragmatist: he'll often use parts of the ground or surroundings to trick his foes into hurting themselves. At least when he's trying or taking a threat seriously.
  • Enlightenment Superpowers: not his own powers, but one's he's learned. And ones he teaches to friends and allies later.
  • Energy Absorption: his major power that is often understated. All energy empowers him to a point. Making him stronger, faster, etc. Even taking hits can give him some power back. But, he can still be overwhelmed by enough force and his body does have to process an energy before it can be fully used or emmited.
  • Flung Clothing: not like he needs his shirt when he wants to fight in his uniform.
  • Fantastic Racism: of a sort. He really hates telepaths. the whole reason for his backstory, was thanks to the Evil Scientist. And the power said scientist gained were telekinetic and telepathic ones. Leading to a longstanding hate of the powerset. Also, he's not a fan of demons.
  • Heroes Fight Barehanded: he is powerful and fast enough to send shockwaves with his punches. Though he's not above using rocks, the ground, or trees to fight, he usually prefers his fists.
  • Ina Single Bound: prefers this to stay closer to the ground. Also to keep from looking like a "god" figure even when he can fly.
  • May-December Romance: when he starts a relationship with Itsuka, he does admit it's slightly awkward given just how much older he is than her. At least mentally and to a point.
  • Power Incontinence: couldn't control his powers at first. Learned how over time though.
  • Really 700 Years Old: aside from his powers and all of the energy in his body regenerating his cells, it effectively stopped his aging. Let alone the fact he's stuck in a teenage body due to other machinations.
  • Required Secondary Powers: Jotaro has increased density to go with his super muscle mass. Factoring into his invulnerability. Though it and his ability to shut down his sense of pain can be overridden by a strong enough force. Namely, when Izuku or All Might put everything out with their attacks.
  • Radiation Based Superpowers: his powers were activated by a number of radioactive materials coming into contact with his body at once.
  • Useless Without Powers: heavily subverted. Justice has a number of ways to make up for his lack of powers. His experience being part of it, but he also has learned martial arts that let him keep up with some powers. And even has ki to unleash longer range attacks.
  • World'sStrongestMan: he's considered one of the main ones for the new age of heroes in the MHA world. he was this in his home dimension.
  • Superpower Disability: due to his powers enhancing every part of his body, Jotaro's eyes are so sensitive they can see all spectrums of light at once. Let alone hearing and smelling everything around Japan at once. It has effectively made him blind, and he wears thick sunglasses to protect them. As well as looking cool and covering up his energy eyes look.
  • Superpower Lottery: despite the madness inducing side of his powers, Justice probably has the best set of powers. Helps being a Superman Expy.
  • Superheroes Stay Single: very subverted. John and Sahiraah have been married for a VERY long time. But neither is opposed to letting others into their relationship.

     Sahiraah"Saphentite"Anwar
Sahiraah "Saphentite" Anwar is the partner of Jotaro and something insanely foreign to the world of My Hero Academia: she is an actual genie. Full powers of magic and some reality warping and shapeshifting

  • Expy: a slight one to Shantae and Genie from Disney's Aladdin. At least in terms of some of her appearance.
  • Leathal Chef: it's not that she can't cook. Its just that.... she's very liberal with seasoning. And often forgets to check the burners while something is cooking. Okay she's pretty bad, especially since she at times just relies on magic to make something for her. Or just asking Jotaro to cook.
  • Hidden Depths: she is actually a greater master of certain styles of martial arts compared to Jotaro. Being a full Mestre in capoeira compared to Justice. As well as knowing Varzesh-e Pahlavani.
    • while not a good cook, she does love to garden. Helps that a number of the things she grows help with magical medicines, rituals, and spells.
    • she is a nuclear engineer and physicist with her Doctorate. And has a variety of her experiments within a special space the pair maintain.
  • Freak Lab Accident: the whole reason she's a genie is because she tried to turn a set of rocks that held djinn of her homeland into a power source. And it infuriated the djinn so they cursed her to make an example of her.
  • Fantastic Racism: much like Jotaro, she's not a fan of demons. But also knows that they are needed for certain things involved with magic.
  • Deadpan Snarker: she's not above busting Jotaro when he's being too much of a jerk. And will sometime snark about the ridiculousness of the hero system and it's obsession with restraining heroes. She mixes this with a bit of...
  • Tease: she knows how good she looks and isn't above messing with and teasing some people to take them off guard.
  • Logical Weakness: sort of. She is a genie, and they are often contained in vessels of brass, copper, and sometimes gold. Due to this, she can't actually affect things made of those materials. And it can be used to restrain or injure her.
  • Most Common Superpower: her chest is roughly on par with Momo's. Possibly even bigger. And when she is in her adult form, she makes Midnight look a little small.
  • Really 700 Years Old: she is a genie. Time doesn't mean quite the same to her. Also by the time she and Jotaro arrived in the MHA world, they were both around 1000 years old.
  • Superheroes Stay Single: very subverted. John and Sahiraah have been married for a VERY long time. But neither is opposed to letting others into their relationship.
  • Strong as They Need to Be: she often holds back because her powers are a major hack to the world and could cause more damage. Let alone leaving others to figure out what they need to do to grow.

Other true meta Hero OCs

Various other heroes who awakened powers far stronger than most quirks. And with far fewer weaknesses, restrictions, and limitations. Though it does come with certain issues as well.Tropes applying to all:
  • Randomly Gifted: though most would not consider them this, given they were born without quirks. But that in turn allowed them to avoid the damage that comes from being born with a quirk. While also hiding/fostering powers that made most quirks seem pitiful in comparison. With much better secondary powers and actual immunities rather than just resistances. Ie, a fire true meta doesn't overheat or can burn themselves compared to flame quirk users. And there are other ways around possible drawbacks to their powers.

     Kazuhiko Hoshino aka Airwaves
Kazuhiko Hoshino was abandoned when he was young due to something he couldn't control. He was quirkless. But he wasn't alone as there were a number of others like him who were pushed out due to their genetic condition. It wasn't easy for him, but he and others managed to live in the hidden hills and mountain range that the Wild, Wild, Pussycats had been operating out of. But everything changed when those from Deika City decided to "cleanse their world" by getting rid of more quirkless. During the attack, Kazuhiko unlocked his own true meta potential. The ability to emanate and even become radio waves.

  • Arm Cannon: it took a while to get it though. His first few exploded when he tried to use the power of his radio waves within the tool.
  • Energy Absorption: he actually absorbs some of the ambient radio waves around him while moving. Though he doesn't know this.
  • Expy: a Star Force Megaman copy. Just without the alien cat monster bonding with him.
  • Flash Step: he can move at near lightspeed when he turns into radio waves. But he has trouble controlling this aspect of his powers. Often crashing through many things.
  • How Do I Shot Web??: why Justice and Saphentite were needed. He could only really use his powers under stress, but the pair were able to help him refine his capabilities.
  • Kamehameha Hadoken: his initial way of trying to use his radio waves. But switched to the Arm Cannon to make it easier to fight or use.
  • Lightning Bruiser: to a point. He doesn't have a lot of superstrength, but he can hit pretty hard. And he can move at near lightspeed with his powers.
  • Not Quite Flight: yes and no. Similar to who he is an expy of, he can fly thanks to radio waves. But one's he emits rather than riding ambient airwaves.
  • Traumatic Superpower Awakening: his powers were triggered by the trauma of the attack on his hidden away home. Letting him stomp those who were attacking them into the ground.

     Pedro Lima
A Catholic priest from Rio de Janeiro Brazil. He is the older brother of the villain Luiz Lima, though not in blood. The two were raised in an orphanage by the kind priest and nun there. Viewing the two as their mother and father. But they were lost when members of the MLA rampaged through the area. While his brother only saw the cruelty of quirks and those who wanted to use them freely, Pedro saw the compassion and help that the heroes had given. Both in saving who they could, themselves included, and helping afterwards. He later became the priest for the same church and orphanage and unlocked a power all his own. Pedro could create a field around his body, an astral form that gave him increased strength and durability to protect who needed it.

  • Religionis Magic: not magic per se, but he was able to unlock his powers while praying to protect others.
  • Barrier Warrior: his whole thing. He projects a barrier around himself that gives him great strength, height, and protects others.
  • Luckily,My Shield Will Protect Me: he can emit a blue barrier from around his body. Or even around himself. Even allowing him to create paths under certain things. And even domes that can guard others.
  • Religion is Magic: not so much magic, but Pedro's belief in God/Jehovah helped him to initially tap into his potential as a true meta. While being threatened he stood his ground and simply started praying. And his first shield in the shape of a cross and Christ The Redeemer protected him and his charges.

     Nobasu
Another true meta who awakened his powers due to persecution. He lost his family some time ago and was living in an abandoned temple. Until a few punks decided to push him around. And he unlocked his shapeshifting powers. This allows him to reshape his body however he wants and can even take on another's form. Even objects.

  • Expy: of Plastic Man.
  • Shapeshifter Weapon: sort of. He can turn into objects and that includes weapons, like Toga's needles. But he hasn't tried to make his body into weapons itself. Preferring stealth to outright attacking.
  • Voluntary Shapeshifting: his whole powerset.

     Markus Aoi
A young half American man, and "nephew" to Mirko, Markus unlocked his gravity manipulation powers by accident to protect his grandparents. But he had little control, sending a building out of atmosphere the first time he used his powers. Started working for Mirko at her newly purchased agency and has shown to be quite capable. In both combat and pursuits.

     Hanabi
A former classmate of Mirko, before she joined a hero school. The girl had been picked on most of her life, with only Rumi standing up for her and trying to help her. At the same time, she could always sense something or could swear she could hear people's thoughts. But it was never shown as a quirk and thus she was even more ostracized. Took over her family's flower business later in life, but with her finally understanding what she is, she sought to learn more of what she can do.

  • Telepathy: one of her major powers that let's her probe minds. Even becoming a Living Lie Detector. Though she is still figuring out aspects to it.
  • Telekinetic: a minor one. She can lift some things with her mind but it is nothing compared to her:
  • Green Thumb: she has a talent for manipulating plants with her mind. Making them grow more or using them to bind others.
  • Shrinking Violet: thanks to the world she is from, Hanabi was often pushed to the side by her classmates. This helps somewhat in probing minds because she isn't noticed right away and can get deeper thanks to that.

Modified Canon Hero Characters

     Izuku Midoriya aka Deku Kibou
Izuku Midoriya had always dreamed of being a hero. But those dreams were dashed upon being diagnosed quirkless. But a chance meeting with two heroes, and a third introducing herself later led him on a path to becoming one of the greatest heroes of his world. Not only as the successor to All Might, the Symbol of Peace. But also as a true meta that could inspire other quirkless that they had potential as well.

For tropes that mostly apply to the character, refer to here [1]For new tropes:

  • Flying Brick: though he's not quite as durable, he can fly. Thanks to not only the quirks of OFA, but also Jotaro and Saphentite showing him how to do it with his kinetic powers.
  • Ina Single Bound: is quite capable of doing this as well. After all, flying can be messy and complicated at times.
  • Good Thing You Can Heal: an early power Izuku unlocks. While he didn't need to put everything out to take out a Zero-pointer, Izuku's instincts took over and caused him to break most of his limbs. And he realized his body was somehow healing itself quicker than should have been possible. To the point, Recovery Girl's quirk just saved him what would have been 2 weeks compared to the 6 to 8 in canon.
  • Heroes Fight Barehanded: his usual way of fighting is with his various Smashes from his fists, legs, even his head. Not that he won't turn away a weapon of some sort because...
  • Combat Pragmatist: he'll use rocks, trees, or even the opponents quirk if it'll get a win. And he's not above taking some serious cheap shots [spoilers: RIP to Bakugo's never born children. And Toshinori's.]]
  • Required Secondary Powers: with just the quirk OFA, Izuku didn't have many or any secondary powers due to the general weakness and limitations of quirks. Upon awakening as a true meta, Izuku gained a few secondary powers. A major one being that he naturally absorbs kinetic energy when he moves or attacks. Helping to fuel his healing factor and later powers.
  • Superpower Lottery: at first Izuku lost this big time for his world. Being born quirkless in a world were powers were commonplace. At first he is gifted the great power and responsibility of One For All that had great power and potential. But Jotaro unlocked something far greater than what Izuku or All Might or anyone expected. The powers of a true meta. And one that worked perfectly in concert with the core of power that is OFA. His powers being associated with kinetic energy.
  • Bound and Gagged: After gaining his Blackwhip quirk and learning to make kinetic tendrils with his true meta potential, Izuku learned how to do this. Mostly thanks to Midnight.
  • Un-Sorcerer: what he used to be before All Might and Justice unlocked his potential.
  • Ice Duo: of a sort. what Izuku learns he can do during the Provisional License Exam. His powers allow him to pull kinetic energy from objects. Causing a cooling effect. Most often freezing ambient moisture. But he can also put out heat with his kinetic powers. Putting in kinetic energy; like rubbing two sticks or anything else with friction. And he grows to the point he can melt boulders with his hands, or cause a smokescreen by reversing his ambient freezing trick.
  • Combo Platter Powers: not just thanks to OFA. Thanks to Izuku's kinetic true meta powers, he has a handful of powers that work similar to Gambit's from X-Men. Even some he's still just learning.
    • Izuku's ability to empower and use kinetic energy would not be as effective or widespread if he hadn't been empowered by One For All. It's stockpile of time, energy, and strength gave Izuku the ability to get up to Jotaro's level of strength, speed etc.
    • He has a healing factor that is fed by kinetic energy. Letting Izuku recover on the off chance he goes overboard.
    • The various other Quirks within OFA allowed Izuku to visualize and adapt his kinetic powers in other ways.
    • Other's he learned by accident. Such as kinetic transferring to cool or heat objects.
    • Izuku's kinetic powers work in perfect concert with Fa Jin. As Izuku has taken it and used both as a way to keeping powering himself up. Though he still can't handle certain power thresholds.
    • And the first user's quirk of gearshift works well with Izuku's kinetic manipulation as well. But he's yet to really understand how.
  • Run The Guantlet: will eventually do this as he has mastered some of the basics of his abilities and skills.

Toshinori Yagi Aka "All Might" Hibiki Ten or Lightspeed
The greatest hero of his world, All Might thought he'd keep going as the Number 1 for a little while after defeating his worst enemy. Though it had begun to wear on him enough that he was wore down. Initially seeing Izuku as a kid he needed to protect by telling him to be realistic. It took two things to snap him out of it. The first was Jotaro getting up in his face about the drawbacks of quirks and that those didn't define heroes of the past. And second was Izuku showing his own heroic heart in saving Bakugo. Thus, he sought to train Izuku to become his successor and gained allies in Jotaro and Sahiraah later. With the pair healing him and unlocking a potential he didn't know he had.

For tropes associated with the canon of the story refer to here [2]For new tropes:

  • Fastest Thing Alive: after unlocking and understanding his new true meta powers, Toshinori has become this. For now at least.
  • Old Superhero: Toshinori is in his mid-fifties at minimum and had been continuing to be the number one hero while he was able. Now with his new abilities, he has been taking to doing more hero work than before. Just in a different way.
  • Light'Em Up: Toshinori gained the ability to not only generate light but move at almost that level of speed. At least when he tries. Typically, he runs at a speed few can follow and can do so for extended periods of time.
    • Intangibility: one of his powers at full speed. His body "becomes" light. Allowing him to pass through most attacks. But he can't do this on command and has to concentrate to reach that speed

     Itsuka Kendo "Battle Fist" Resolute
The class president of class 1-B, Itsuka was expected to lead her class to becoming capable heroes. With her Big Fist quirk used to improve the power of her strikes. However, certain things changed in her life that caused some priorities to shift. Least of which was meeting Jotaro during the entrance exam. With him saving her and starting a minor attraction. This only grew with time and eventually cost her greatly. But she stayed firm in her stance to become a hero and wouldn't give up. Multiple spoilers for the story over time due to her growing influence in the fanfiction.

For canon tropes refer to [3]New tropes and as a warning, multiple spoilers ahead:

  • De-power: a certain frequency of gamma radiation can stimulate cell regrowth and saved her life. But for those with quirks, it heals them of their quirks. Meaning she can no longer use Big Fist after being healed.
  • Death-Activated Superpower: inverted. to save her life, Jotaro was forced to use a special radiation. One that saved her life, after being impaled multiple times, but ultimately destroyed her quirk.
  • Brought Down to Normal: after her near death and Jotaro's drastic actions to save her, Itsuka loses her quirk. This leads to two things:
  • Despair Event Horizon: she breaks down for a while after the loss of her quirk. Luckily, Jotaro and Saphentite won't let her languish like that.
  • Brought Down to Badass: even when she had her quirk, Itsuka had trained enough with Justice to improve her martial arts to where she didn't need to use her quirk to take third in the Sports Festival. Only barely being beaten by Izuku.
  • Enlightenment Superpowers: the initial power she gained was greater insight for planning. Before she could only focus on smaller elements with her strategies. Thanks to the healing wavelength, it restored part of her mind/brain that had been damaged when her quirk first went active as a child. Now she can see and understand the larger picture of a mission.
  • Expy: of Leona's fighting style after she was depowered.

     Mina Ashido aka Pinky
A capable hero from class 1-A, she was an impressive physically skilled hero within her class. With her quirk acid giving her a great mix of offense, defense, and mobility. Based on the solubility and viscosity of the acid she generates. A later incident causes a very strange and new change in her. thanks to the machinations of the LOV and Forgotten, she and almost 100 other students were exposed to mystic gases that altered them in various ways. In her case, she was transformed into a half succubus. Giving her not only the various powers associated with said demons, but she now can also cast magic of her own.For new tropes:
  • Noble Demon: becomes one after a massive gas attack against UA. Turns her into a part succubus and she has to learn to control that.
  • Demonic Possession: this is what she thinks is happening at first. Until learning it is her new nature as being a half succubus.
  • Loving a Shadow: played with. She has a light crush on both Izuku and Jotaro. But part of her wonders if it is just a shallow interest. she almost jumps off the deep end following that interest and tries to rape Jotaro while he is depowered and she is controlled by a demon.

     Melissa Shield aka Tech Might
Started out as a support engineer just like her father, she looked to be a hero by supporting the heroes with tech. She met Izuku and saw that there could be even more potential. Especially when she was told she could truly be a hero by Jotaro and Saphentite when they visited I Island. The latter even helping to make something few would have put trust in; a powered suit that let Melissa match the power of most with a quirk. Later improving on it and going to Japan to aid Izuku and the others as a hero herself. The first truly quirkless hero.follow this: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Characters/MyHeroAcademiaMovieCharacters for main story tropes. For new tropes:

Modified Canon Villains

     Tomura Shigaraki aka Tenko Shimura
The last grandchild of Toshinori's master and previous user of OFA, Nana Shimura. After he decayed his family to dust in a fit of panic and anger when his quirk first went active. Later found and raised by All For One in the hopes of being able to finally end All Might and then take the power of OFA. With the introduction of new heroes that have thrown the capabilities of quirks among other things into disarray, Tomura has taken to learning new ways of dealing with the changing world around him.

for the main canon refer to this: [4]However, this version of Shigaraki is far different compared to canon due to events within the story. Starting with:

  • An Arm and a Leg: had his right arm ripped off by Justice when he attacked the USJ. It was later replaced by a prosthetic that has been upgraded multiple times.
  • Clark Kenting: a villainous example. After accepting more help from some allies, Tomura starts "working" with Sosaku's companies as an "assistant". Using a wig to cover up his distinct hair. Plus most eyes are drawn to his prosthetic limb and see him as not a threat because of it.

     All For One
The man behind Tomura Shigaraki, and inadvertently the creator of OFA. He had been manipulating matters behind the scenes to try and shift power back to himself after his defeat thanks to All Might five years prior.

The Forgotten

A group of formerly quirkless or similar who have had enough of the world and seek to take some payback on it. Currently allied with the League of Villains and have a special set up for both groups to increase their members.
  • Legionof Doom: just as the LOV, they are very much a Legion of Doom. But they have a bit more power to work with given the nature of true metas. And they can actually hide in plain sight thanks to certain members of the team.
     Luiz Lima
A towering man with true meta powers that seem similar to the quirk of Mt Lady. However, he has far more flexibility and greater strength in his smaller state and with his powers. Compared to the hero who is only strong at her maximum height.

  • White Hair, Black Heart: his hair is a shade of white or grey, and he delights in brutalizing or crushing others beneath his feet.

     Emma Anderson
A short woman who was abandoned with her brother at a young age. She later unlocked geokinetic powers while being attacked by those who thought they were beneath them. She is much shorter than her allies but is well built and muscular. Possibly as a side effect of her powers or maybe her own work.

     Ryan Anderson
The wiry fraternal twin of Emma with energy sapping powers. He isn't as strong as she is, but he's much quicker especially when he can use the energies he has stolen from others. Though there is the complication that he has to understand what energy he is working with.

     Natalie Sosaku
The leader of The Forgotten, Natalie was the daughter of a Russian trade secretary. And was seen as an embarrassment due to lacking a quirk. Hidden away for a number of years, she finally had enough and stole from her father to start making her own way in the world. Eventually learning she had a more subtle type of true meta power: probability manipulation or as she sees it, she can control the luck of herself and others. Letting her tip various things in her favor to grow her organization.
  • Rose Colored Sweety: definitely not a sweety, but she does have pink hair.
  • Cut Lex Luthor a Check: zigzagged. Sosaku is a fairly successful businesswoman. But part of that is thanks to her luck manipulation powers. Subtly manipulating the companies she buys to have a bit of bad luck before shifting to good luck. And she uses the gains from her businesses to hide herself and her allies. Even covering up tracks by "providing" evidence of villains using her businesses for wrongdoing.
  • Clark Kenting: A villainous example. To keep her businesses somewhat legitimate, she puts on a persona when in public. A bit more in depth than the Clark Kent, as she puts on a wig to hide her hair. Using the name Un, meaning luck as a jab at her foes.

     Ryou Jin Wu
A quirkless inventor inspired by Melissa and her armor. But rather than looking to do some good, he wanted to take revenge. Especially against Deternet, his former employers. Now an ally of the Forgotten, he develops a number of devices to aid in the attacks against the whole of hero and quirk society.

  • Brains Vs Brawn: how he views himself before and after creating his armor. As he is smarter than most expect, given his quirkless status. And he is much more creative than those he used to work for. But....
  • Drunkon The Dark Side: showed some of this with his first attack against Deternat. Reveling in the death he unleashed on his former employers.

     Mandla Mandela
A man from South Africa and a mystic in Zulu healing and shamanic arts as well as European magics and potions. His mother and father were killed by those who sought to remove the older ways of doing things. He keeps close to him a grimoire that his mother had and uses that to cast strong spells. While also mixing potions from traditional medicines and supernatural sources.

Other True Meta Villains

     Celine Sakamoto aka Psych Link
A recently awakened true meta telepath with other connections in the underworld. What she initially thought was just good guesses and a bit of luck in manipulating people, turned out to be her latent telepathic powers. She makes a living as an information broker and has acted as a part time member of the Forgotten. One of the only telepaths on her world capable of even slightly affecting Justice's mind.

     Revenant
A dangerous and powerful true meta with a grudge against many in the world of quirks. Evident by the name he chose for himself: Revenant, a ghost come back to torment the living. Which does describe his various powers quite well, between his burning red ectoplasmic blasts, and the ability to fly, become intangible, and invisible, he is capable of quite a number of things. Though he starts out as a smuggler and gang boss.
  • Expy: of Danny Phantom or more accurately Dark Danny/Dan Phantom. Right down to the unnatural white hair and burning red eyes. There is also a touch of Gentleman Ghost as well, though it comes up more in the sequel.
