As Minimalistic as this game’s cast is, they are still tropable, as seen here.

    Chin

An unspecified relative of Bruce Lee who has been instructed by the Hong Kong government to kill all of the 1.2 billion reds terrorizing Hong Kong.
     Tong Shau Ping
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_7111.png
A digitized image of Deng Xiaoping’s head dripping with blood, also a superweapon created by the people of mainland China.
  • Came Back Wrong: Probably wasn’t a flying disembodied head dripping with blood before he died and got revived.
  • Defeat Equals Explosion: Explodes upon killed, like every other enemy.
  • Flying Face: He’s the face of Deng Xiaoping, except that he’s flying.
  • Inconsistent Spelling: Is supposed to be Deng Xiaoping’s head, but his name is erroneously spelled as ‘Tong Shau Ping’.
  • Smash Mook: His only attack is body slamming Chin when he’s underneath him.
  • Unexplained Recovery: After his defeat, he explodes. But after another wave of regular "fuckin’ ugly reds", he reappears without any fanfare.
The 1. 2 billion fuckin’ ugly reds

A herd of Chinese mainlanders who immigrated to Hong Kong, causing the crime rate to skyrocket (or "skyrockeded" as the game calls it), therefore kickstarting the entire Excuse Plot.
  • Big Bad Duumvirate: All 1.2 billion of them serve as the Big Bad of the game.
  • Dirty Communists: The game describes them as "fucking ugly reds" and their arrival in Hong Kong caused the crime rate to skyrocket.
  • Hollywood Homely: As mentioned above, the game calls them "fucking ugly", yet they don’t look particularly homely due to the GIS Syndrome "artstyle".
  • Mad Scientist: Somehow turned a real life Chinese leader into a superweapon.
  • Red China: They have little characterization beyond being Chinese communists.
