North Italy
North Italy's female counterpart, a strong and cheerful woman with unusual bout of physical capability.
Itako is her nickname, she's also known as Alice (officially suggested name), Felice/Felicia, or Daisy Vargas (by Japanese fandom).
- Action Girl: Pretty much implied. Estonia commented that she "looks badass" as opposed to the rather weak appearance of her male counterpart, while Himaruya described her as being strong. It appears that she can display an unusual bout of physical strength when angered, is braver and more willing to fight than Italy himself.
- Badass Adorable: Complimented by Estonia.
- Cute Bruiser: She seems to like to punch the people who are the target of her anger, and unlike her male counterpart, is said to display great physical strength when she becomes emotional.
- Genki Girl: A rather emotional, strong-willed, and cheerful big sister-type who "lives for love".
- Idiot Hair: Used to be depicted with a curl on the left and now it's on the right
- Sibling Yin-Yang: With fem!Romano, especially in fanon.

Germany
The female version of Germany. Tall, cool, and serious. Not so different from her male counterpart.
Doiko/Dokuko are her often used nickname, she's also known as Monica (officially suggested name), Nyoitsu (on Pixiv), or Louise.
- Action Girl: She's also trained in the military and very competent, indeed.
- Big Little Sister: Judging from the height and size difference between her and fem!Prussia.
- A Boy and His X: A Girl And Her Dog in this case.
- Boyish Short Hair: She is a combination of Action Girl, Iron Lady and Tomboy. Her hair which is as short as a man’s underscore the trait.
- Red Eyes, Take Warning: Her P2 version.
- Scars Are Forever: Having notable ones on the cheek and midriff of her P2 version.
- Tomboy: She's certainly got the looks of one.
Japan
Japan's female counterpart, a shy Yamato Nadeshiko who yearns for the West a bit.
Nichiko and Nihoko are two names used by some of the Japanese fandom for the female Japan, while her fanon name has been given as Honda Sakura.
- A-Cup Angst: She appears to be rather flat-chested compared to many other nations on this page, and many fanworks have her being self-conscious about her lack of assets compared to other female nations'.
- Expository Hairstyle Change/Important Haircut: Himaruya says that Japan used to have much longer hair until she cut it to its current length after opening up her borders. She wanted to prove she'll be able to try to get along with the rest of the world.
- Kimono Is Traditional: Unlike the other two of the Axis, she is usually not depicted in any sort of military uniform, but rather in a simple kimono.
- Pink Means Feminine: She is seen wearing pink in her official character art and is the female counterpart of Japan.
- Pseudo-Romantic Friendship: Himaruya's early character notes described her as having a "complicated yearning for America".
- Shrinking Violet: According to Himaruya, she is not much of an outgoing person. Additionally, she seems to always have a shy expression, befitting of one with a Yamato personality.
- Tareme Eyes: Himaruya designed her with these kind of eyes as a contrast to her male counterpart's Monochromatic Eyes.
- Yamato Nadeshiko: According to Word of Himaruya, she was described as one in his early character notes on the Gender Flip versions.
Exclusive to P2/Another Color version
Possible human names for her include: Honda Akane, Tobi, Kimiko, or Tsubaki.
- Closet Geek: She's into anime and manga, with a penchant for horror mangas.
- Naginatas Are Feminine: She is seen wielding one.
- The Stoic: Very serious, blunt and almost never smiles. She is a country of few words.
America
The female version of America, who does not have glasses or a "Nantucket" hair.
The name used to refer to her in the Japanese fandom is Emily Jones. Ameriko is her nickname. The "A" is sometimes left out, leaving her as Meriko (or Merika), or the name shortened to Rika or Meri. In the English fandom, she is also known as "Amelia" or "Avery" (or another "A"-starting name).
- Action Girl: Judging by her bat and her stance she's ready to take you on.
- Ambiguously Brown: Her 2P design.
- Batter Up!: Often depicted with a baseball bat as her weapon. In her P2, she has a bat studded with nails.
- Brains and Brawn: Is usually portrayed as the Brawn to fem!Canada's Brains.
- Farmer's Daughter: Dresses like one in two sketches.
- Red Eyes, Take Warning: Her P2 version.
- Tomboy: Gives off that vibe despite her girly clothing.

The female version of England, who in return wears glasses.
Igiko is the nickname used by Himaruya for female England, that has become popular for fans to refer to her by as well. She is also occasionally referred to as Eiko, Nyoigi, Alice Kirkland (by the Japanese fandom), Rosa, Lisa, Elizabeth or Victoria.
- Apron Matron: Occupation, broom, and all.
- Cute Witch: they often have her using her broom for flying, and the anime does so as well.◊
- Girlish Pigtails: Wears her hair in two long, straight tails.
- Ojou: Seems to be portrayed as this pretty often, thanks to some notes by Himaruya.
- Team Mom: Her scolding of America seems to have shades of this.
- Tomboy and Girly Girl: Girly Girl to Fem!America's Tomboy.
- Tsundere: Portrayed as a type B in some of Himaruya's sketches. However, Himaruya's notes mention that she is more of the kuudere type.
France
France's female counterpart is a snobby, elegantly-dressed woman.
The fanon human name given to her is Françoise Bonnefoy. Some fans often choose Marianne or Francine as an alternative name for her as well. Frani or Franny are other nicknames that can be used. She is sometimes called Franiko, but not often.
- Everyone Looks Sexier if French: Her outfits are always stylish and classy.
- Everything's Sparkly with Jewelry: Nice, France.
- French Jerk: She is the France, and has been said to be a snob.
- Graceful Ladies Like Purple: Her cape is in a beautiful dark purple shade and wears it with a light purple/violet skirt, fitting her ladylike image. Her eyes are also violet in color.
- Hard-Drinking Party Girl: Holds a wine bottle in a chibi design.
- Ojou: Looks much classier than her male counterpart, and is also said to be a snob.
Russia
Russia’s female counterpart, a wearied mother figure who is emotionally unstable.
Her fanon human name is Anya Braginskaya. Kolko is her nickname, she is also sometimes referred to as Roshiko.
- Cute and Psycho: Her "Another Color" certainly pushes this to the point with the appropriate looks. Judge for yourself.◊
- Improbable Weapon User: She's seen holding a long handled garden shovel behind her back.

China’s female counterpart. A Kawaiiko, but can't be read easily.
Her fanon human name is given as Wang Chun-Yan (Chun-Yan Wang in Western order). Nene is her nickname.
- Anime Chinese Girl: Well, she is the China in a girl form. How can she be portrayed the other way?
- Dragon Lady: Has the looks in her 2P counterpart.
- Girl with Psycho Weapon: She wields a butcher's knife with a blank smile in two sketches; Himaruya mentions how she's the type whose thoughts aren't easily read.
- Gratuitous English: "You buy it, I will be happy, you will be happy!"
- Verbal Tic: Like China, she ends most of her sentences with "aru".

- Adrenaline Makeover: Unless she lets her long hair down and puts on an uniform.

Austria
Austria’s female counterpart. A great cook and graceful lady.
Nyosutoria is a nickname used for her. Anneliese is also another nickname used but within the Western fandom. Her fanon name is usually Sophie or Sophia.
- Aloof Dark-Haired Girl: She has dark brown hair and is a wise, mature lady who would like to distant herself from others’ attics.
- Awesome Anachronistic Apparel: If it is an Austrian Succession uniform, it's hardly period accurate. And if it isn't...it's not exactly modern, either.
- Everything's Sparkly with Jewelry: Wears a purple piece of jewellery that holds back part of her hair.
- Gendered Outfit: Her clothing seems to be a Simple, yet Opulent dress in the style of male Austria's white uniform from the War of Austrian Succession, though whether it actually is a uniform is debatable.
- Graceful Ladies Like Purple: Her dress, hairpiece and eyes have the purple shades.
- Idiot Hair: Mariazell, the same as her counterpart.
- Ojou: Has the looks, and since we're speaking of Austria here...

- Keet: He appears to be this in an earlier group sketch.
- Lady and Knight: Given this dynamic with female Austria, to complement their counterparts.
- Mirror Character: He's portrayed as this compared to his female counterpart. Indeed, another sketch shows him pretty much resembling a ponytailed Hungary without breasts.
- Tall, Dark, and Handsome: Though his hair colour may vary, like female Hungary's, and is more of a light brown.
