Shu Ouma
The main character of the fic just like the anime. However, the mere boy is interacting with the crossover aspect of his world while helping Funeral Parlor and the Magical Girls.- Adaptational Badass: For starters, he is willing to join Funeral Parlor and the Magical Girls after the first chapter, instead of refusing in the show (which then shows the Yahiro sub-plot and Shu's arrest in episodes 3 and 4). Then takes it further when his own void is revealed in Chapter 7.
- Adaptational Heroism: Gladly, Shu does not become a 'tyrant' in this fanfic AU.
- Death by Adaptation: Sacrifices himself to save the world by removing the virus from existence in the last chapter.
Speckles the Tarbosaurus
- Canon Foreigner: From Speckles the Tarbosaurus movie made in Korean, known as The Dino King in the US.
Inori Yuzuriha/Yet To Come/Genesis Inori
The songtress of EGOIST and part of Funeral Parlor. She is one of the main reasons why Shu is involve in the story.- Idol Singer: The leader singer of EGOIST.
Gai Tsutsugami/Gai Keido
The young, charismatic leader of Funeral Parlor. Sometimes referred as the 'Gairyuki' (Shining Victory Dragon in japanese) from his comrades and enemies.- Shout-Out: The nickname, Gairyuki, came from Zoids Fuzors.
Madoka Kaname/Ultimate Madoka
Leader of the five magical girls. Since she and her friends are AU, they are from another dimension and are summoned to help Funeral Parlor. In Chapter 7, it is revealed that Madoka is a copy of the real deal, in which she is the same conceptual goddess from the Law of Cycles.- Big Good: Become literally pronounce as a goddess.
Funeral Parlor
Known as the Undertakers, the rebel organization that oppose GHQ to save Japan's independence. Apparently besides humans, it also consists of Makai Demons and a reptilian race called the Rajita.

Gai's top comrades.Ayase Shinomiya
- Adaptational Badass: Her legs are normal instead of disabled to show more of her active potential.
- Unprovoked Pervert Payback: In Gaiden when she and Shu first met, Shu accidentally kisses her while tripping, to which she punches him hard.
The Magical Girls
The holy quintet alongside Madoka as leader. They come from another dimension to help the resistance.Mami Tomoe
- Satellite Character: The least focus of the magical girls in this fic.
Makai Hackers
Two demons, Tsugumi (a cat girl) and Kenji (a kamaitachi), are hackers of the organizations.Kenji Kido

- Adaptational Villainy: Probably one of the most evil incarnations of Yuu in Guilty Crown fanfiction.

- Visionary Villain: He's following Da'ath's notes of creating an apocalypse to reshape the universe. That expands to a more sinister motive later on.
The Witches
The dark quintet alongside Kriemhild Gretchen as leader. It turns out that they are the same magical girls revived by Kriemhild in one of Homura's alternate timelines, while Homulilly is artificially made.One-eye the Tyrannosaurus

- From Nobody to Nightmare: His past shows this in the Interlude.
Daryl Yan
- Adaptational Heroism: Later on after being freed from prison in Chapter 7, Daryl decides to help out the heroes.

- Early-Bird Cameo: In Chapter 1 instead of the end of episode 3 in the anime.

- Adaptational Heroism: Thankfully in Chapter 6 that the Void Ranking System doesn't exist in this universe.
