Player Characters

     Signet 
the former Excerpt (pilot) of the Divine Belgard, who caused the latter's death by deserting it at a critical moment. Played by Janine Hawkins.
  • Overly Long Name: They marked scars of light in pitch; born in fiercest purpose, and beheld as the signet sealed upon our pact. Excerpt names are based off of excerpts from The Assemblage, the scripture of the Divine Fleet.

     Tender Sky 
a Cat Girl former Mesh architect who was disgraced after becoming involved in the death of the Divine Anticipation. Played by Ali Acampora

     Fourteen Fifteen 
a Bounty Hunter with the ability to Body Surf via transmitting their consciousness as data. Unfortunately, their digitization process suffers from an unfixable bug that corrupts their consciousness with each jump, which will eventually kill them. Played by Jack de Quidt.

     Even Gardener 
a Super Soldier whose body is integrated with a biomechanical parasite. Played by Andrew Lee Swan.
  • Prehensile Hair: Even's symbiote turns his hair into 'tendrils' he can use to interface with machinery.

     Echo Reverie 
a Badass Normal petty criminal with no cybernetics or connection to the Mesh. Played by Sylvia Clare.
  • Handicapped Badass: In the world of the Divine Fleet, not being able to connect with the Mesh severely limits one's ability to interact with society. Such individuals are well-cared for, and usually it is easily solved. However, Echo hails from a culture who resists cybernetic implants for religious reasons.

     Gig Kep-hart 
an occupational safety vlogger. Played by Keith J Carberry.
  • Brandishment Bluff: Gig at one point interrogates a hitman with the threat of a "thermal detonator" that happens to pop out of his head.
  • Electronic Eyes: Gig's equipment includes a cybernetic eye that can pop out and fly around. He and Surge don't get why the rest of the ground party think it's weird.
  • Horse of a Different Color: Duck, who Gig found at a mysterious facility on Quire and whose notable features include a prodigious appetite, limited speech, a prehensile mane, and the approximate proportions of a pennyfarthing bicycle.

     Grand Magnificent 
an artist who specializes in mech design. Played by Art Martinez-Tebbel.
  • The Atoner: He becomes this after he sees the consequences of selling out to Advent.
  • Gone Horribly Right: His plan to build a mech body to house a Divine provides the new body for Independence, whose design is later used in the Independence Mark I Is.
  • Insufferable Genius: An amazing mech designer who's an insufferable hipster. His initial goal is to find the hidden Divine and build it a new body, of his design. he succeeds
  • Set Right What Once Went Wrong: His motivation in Futura Free.
  • Timey-Wimey Ball: The Miracle of the Mirage has caused time to progress more quickly or more slowly depending on where you are, even on the same planet. For Grand Magnificent, the guilt stemming from his actions in the Follow game caused him to experience a longer period of time than everyone else.
