This is the page for all player characters and NPCs that were introduced in the second round of Foolish Mortals and the following intermission. See Foolish Mortals Round One and Foolish Mortals Round Three for tropes on previous, and returning characters.
Amanda Lockheart
One of the victims (and culprits) of Week 4 (Case 3).
- Medium Awareness: As a "real person", she possesses excellent knowledge of the Disney Canon, and of it's many characters. She even knows Walt.
Belle Lecoeur
The victim of Week 5 (Case 4).
- Cute Bookworm: Spends much of her time in the library, which is where her body is discovered.
- Daddy's Girl: Speaks fondly of her father and expresses worry for him often.
- Plucky Girl: Doesn't let the game get her down, and isn't afraid to mouth off to Rod as often as she can.
- Brooding Boy, Gentle Girl: With Kylo.
Chip
Made it to the survivor pool.
- Half-Dressed Cartoon Animal: Wears nothing but a vest and hat.
- Hypocrite: Becomes very disappointed following the reveal that Oswald was Rod's mole. He went behind everyone's backs and worked briefly with Frollo all the same.
Cornelia Hale
The victim of Week 6 (Case 5).
Dipper Pines
One of the victims of Week 3 (Case 2).
- Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Falls into the pool and drowns, of his own accord. It still gets two more people killed.
Donald Duck
Made it to the survivor pool.
- Half-Dressed Cartoon Animal: Of the pantsless and shoeless variety.
- Once Done, Never Forgotten: Made himself sick by tasting the poisoned tea found during the fourth investigation. When poison appears to be a clue in case five, everyone is careful to keep it away from him, much to his chagrin.
- Unfazed Everyman
Finnick
Punished during Week 2.
- Even Career Criminals Have Standards: He makes it clear to people that he has no interest in "blood money", particularly when kids are involved.
Goofy
The culprit of Week 3 (Case 2).
- Gosh Dang It to Heck!: Uses "hyuck" in place of more colorful language.
- Papa Wolf: Unfortunately leads to his execution. He thought somebody killed Dipper and was furious over it, and Merlin just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time...
- Precision F-Strike: He's so disgusted by Preston's treatment of his daughter that he drops the "hyuck" just once.
Kylo Ren
One of the victims (and culprits) of Week 5 (Case 4).
- Defrosting Sith Lord: Comes to develop a fondness for Belle which slowly tones down his usual anger. It's ultimately what leads to him being cleared of suspicion of her death... and what causes it in the first place.
- Unstoppable Rage: Even with Ursula crushing him in her tentacles, and pouring poison down his throat, he still manages to kill her before succumbing to his own wounds.
Marnie Piper
Made it to the survivor pool.
- Bratty Half-Pint: Has no qualms talking back to anyone she wants.
- LastOfHerKind: The only adolescent to survive the round, as well as the only witch.
Merlin
One of the victims of Week 3 (Case 2).
Oswald the Lucky Rabbit
Made it to the survivor pool.
- Hair-Trigger Temper: Not as bad as certain others but he does leap up into a fist-flinging rage from time to time.
- Half-Dressed Cartoon Animal: Wears pants but no shirt.
- Medium Awareness: Similar to Amanda, Oswald is firmly aware that he is a cartoon character created by Walt Disney, and possesses thorough knowledge of the Mickey Mouse cartoons, the parks, and the main canon.
Preston Northwest
The culprit of Week 2 (Case 1).
- Abusive Parents: His treatment of Pacifica is horrific to say the least. And his plan was to be worse.
- Ain't Too Proud to Beg: From the moment the host reveals himself to the moment he's found as a culprit of murder, Preston tries again and again to appeal to people with increasingly larger bribes.
- Back from the Dead: Comes back post-Round 2 as a member of Hatbox Ghost's alliance of villains, joining them in invading Main Street.
- Hate Sink: The most reviled character of the first two rounds. Recently usurped by Negaduck in Round 3.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: He points to almost everyone as a potential killer, for increasingly mean-spirited reasons. Which leads to Thalia punching him and revealing his guilt.
- Politically Incorrect Villain: Always on the edge of being outright racist or sexist, but is more obviously a classist monster.
- Small Name, Big Ego: Always treats himself as the most important person around, even when others could care less.
- Tank Goodness: Rides in on one during the invasion of Main Street, one that shoots flaming money. The survivors steal it from him.
- Would Hurt a Child: Even putting aside his murder of Vanellope, he takes particular aim at blaming Dipper for it.
Professor Ratigan
The culprit of Week 6 (Case 5).
- Back from the Dead: Comes back post-Round 2 as a member of Hatbox Ghost's alliance of villains, joining them in the invasion of Main Street.
- Villain Song: Confesses via a reprise of "The World's Greatest Criminal Mind".
Reyna Avila Ramirez-Arellano
One of the culprits of Week 4 (Case 3).
Roxanne
Killed during Week 4.
- Shrinking Violet: Didn't talk much to the rest of the group.
Sally
Made it to the survivor pool.
- Blue-and-Orange Morality: Since everyone in Halloween Town is already dead, she doesn't understand why the other guests are so upset about dying, and treats everything like a fun murder mystery game at first. It's only after she tries and fails to 'fix' Roxanne's corpse does it finally sink in that things here don't work like they do back home.
- Creepy Good: Actually a pretty good person, but thinks all the horror and death are normal and fun.
- Shipper on Deck: She's got notes where she muses on who should pair up with whom among the captives.
- Stealth Hi/Bye: Has a habit of sneaking up on others, giving them a fright.
Stitch
Killed during Week 4.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: It's implied that Lilo being in his photo for the hostage motive set off Stitch's breaking point causing him to glitch and attack the others.
Tadashi Hamada
Made it to the survivor pool.
- Back from the Dead
- Death Amnesia
- Cut Himself Shaving: Makes a claim to this effect in the third case. Turns out he actually DID cut his hand slicing fruit the day before and was not the culprit.
- My God, What Have I Done??: His reaction to being told that he killed someone before.
- Redemption Quest: Is on one, even if he doesn't remember that he is or why.
Thalia Grace
One of the victims of Week 4 (Case 3).
- Action Girl: Definitely, as a trained warrior, and a follower of Artemis.
Ursula
One of the victims (and culprits) of Week 5 (Case 4).
- Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Develops at least a passing fondness for Marnie, enough to leave her a gift, and Flotsam and Jetsom.
- Poisonous Person
- Kick Them While They Are Down: Loudly and gleefully recounts how she murdered Belle to Kylo, even while he attacks her. Which is what she wants.
- Taking You with Me: What she ultimately does to Kylo Ren, seeing as there was no alternative way out.
- Villain Song: Confesses via a reprise of "Poor Unfortunate Souls".
Vanellope von Schweetz
The victim of Week 2 (Case 1).
Virgil Hawkins
Made it to the survivor pool.
- Nice Guy: An all-around good person. It's natural, since he's a superhero.
Yoshiya "Joshua" Kiryu
Made it to the survivor pool.
- Deadpan Snarker: How he reacts to most of the outrageous things happening around him.
- Ship Tease: With Tadashi.
The Narrator/Rod
The main host of Round 2.
- Break the Cutie: Before Walt suddenly shut down EPCOT, he was a genuinely nice person who would go out of his way to protect innocent people.
- Early-Bird Cameo: In a sense. While he never physically appears in Round 1, The Friends on the Other Side reference a "Mister Se-" late in the round.
- Everyone Has Standards: Normally only an observer at least, he claims to be, Word of God is that even he hates Preston and would have happily let the cast kill him instead of planning an execution.
- Robotic Reveal: While he claimed upon first appearance to be an ageless godlike being, after being attacked by Frollo, both his voice and hologram starts glitching out, proving that he's just a computer simulation.
The Sanderson Sisters
- Burn the Witch!: Their ultimate fate in Round 2.
- Child Eater: All of them.
- Extreme Omnisexual: They have no problem showing interest in things they find appealing, no matter the gender or species.
John (Dad)
The new Host, following Rod's brief disappearance. Murdered by Frollo during the Mastermind trial.
- Nice Guy: A simple family man who fills in for his friend and even makes the survivors lemonade for the trial he hosts to try and lighten the mood. Unfortunately, that trial was the fourth case.
Berry Bogswoggle
Frollo
- Driven to Madness: By the shadows talking to him, believing they are righteous.
Hades
- Big Bad: Possibly the other one besides Hatbox Ghost, seeing as he oversees the land of the dead, where all the dead characters are.
- Deal with the Devil: His stock and trade, and attempts this on a couple of the survivors. They're not particularly good deals... but they're not supposed to be.
- Even Evil Has Standards: Hades tried to murder his own infant nephew, and even he thinks Buck Cluck is an absolutely worthless father.
- Everyone Can See It: Already aware of Wendy's affections for Karolina. Not that it was much of a secret to begin with.
- Manipulative Bastard: Annoys and distracts the survivors just long enough for the attack on Main Street to begin.
- Your Soul Is Mine!: As Lord of the Dead, he's naturally in charge of the Underworld where all the dead characters are being kept.
Bill Cipher
- Back from the Dead: He claims to have been brought back after Ford's brother Stan recovered from a mindwipe. It's likely just him messing with Ford, seeing as certain other people are involved in this.
- Everyone Can See It: Makes a blithe remark towards Elsa about her and Sophie, which not even she understands.
- Evil Gloating: Can't help but gleefully celebrate the fact that he just murdered who is basically the creator of everything, including his own canon.Bill: YOU SEE THAT, SIXER? I JUST KILLED WALT FREAKIN' DISNEY! WHAT AN ENTRANCE, AM I RIGHT?
- Unexpected Character: No one was expecting Bill to appear, let alone have a key role in the plot.
