Chalar Arms Corporation

    Miriam
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Bullet Shower
Height: 161cm
Birthday: 8/23
Hobbies: Tidying up
Specialty: Spinning rifle
Likes: Toast, cherries
Dislikes: Violation of privacy
Voiced by: Siyoon Park (Korean), Chiwa Saitō (Japanese)

A gunner affiliated with Chalar Arms. Her crackshot accuracy is as well-known as her foodie tendencies.
  • Big Eater: Her meeting with the Savior and co. in Main Story Chapter 1, Episode 5 (with the episode titled "Meal in the Market" no less) has her praising Arkenine's food and recommending toast (which are more like sandwiches) and fruit wine.
  • Gatling Good: True to her title, her Ultimate Skill, Eradicating Bullet, has her revolver transform and grow into a minigun that lets rip a shower of bullets.
  • The Gunslinger: As is appropriate of a Soul based on bullets, she handles a revolver with ease and boasts about her unerring aim.
    Miriam (obtainment quote): "Be careful, because my bullets never miss the mark."
  • Leitmotif: "Phantom Snow".
  • Sniper Rifle: Her Active Skill, Exterminating Bullet, shifts her revolver into a rifle, where she loads a bullet and fires three shots at once against a single enemy.
  • Swiss-Army Gun: Two forms, starting from her base revolver form; her Active Skill turns her revolver into a rifle, while her Ultimate takes it further by turning into a minigun.
  • Tsundere: To herself that is, about her feelings toward the Savior. When they first met in the main story, Miriam is interested in the Savior for their ability to find out a Soul's Artifact. As the two grow closer in her Love Story however, Miriam gets confused with her desires about what she feels for the Savior, to the point of mentally asserting herself that she's only just interested in the Savior telling her origin, nothing more.
  • Unknowingly in Love: Her Love Story is centered around her growing feelings for the Savior. How much she realizes them for what they really are differs in each ending.
    • Bad Ending: Staying confused, Miriam misses her appointment to go to the new mall's opening with the Savior and stays home until the Savior sends some pomegranates to her as a gift. She takes one and squishes it as she murmurs regretfully over her missed chance.
    • Normal Ending: Miriam winds up missing her appointment with the Savior, letting him go with Mephistopheles. When he's finished though, he finds Miriam waiting for him under a cherry blossom, having finally made up her mind to see him and invites him for a walk, wanting to know more about her feelings.
    • True Ending: Miriam invites the Savior to the mall, just the two of them, to a paintball survival game. They enjoy, with Miriam not minding getting dirty alongside the Savior, and getting him to promise to stay with her forever.

    Renee
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Silver Reflection
Height: 162cm
Birthday: 7/3
Hobbies: Scarf flapping
Specialty: Martial arts, hitting vital points
Likes: Sports drinks

Erika's Atelier

    Erika
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Dreaming Potion
Artifact: Elixir of Life
Height: 149cm
Birthday: 6/28
Hobbies: Eyewear care
Specialty: Potion making
Likes: Character "Professor Teddy"
Dislikes: Social activities
Voiced by: Garyeong Kim (Korean), ??? (Japanese)

Arkenine's best alchemist with the most effective potions. She is incredibly socially awkward and mostly keeps to herself, until one brings up her two interests: alchemy and the children's show mascot Professor Teddy.
  • Alchemy Is Magic: The resident alchemist in Arkenine and makes some of the most effective potions in the land.
  • Bespectacled Cutie: She's a shy girl who wears spectacles that accentuate her alchemist image.
  • Fangirl: Of a kids' show character named "Professor Teddy". She is massively obsessed with the character, with her collecting as much merch relating to him and being much more talkative and peppy when allowed to gush over him and the show.
  • I Just Want to Have Friends: Her withdrawn personality comes from her inability to connect with other Souls, and her hyperfixation towards Professor Teddy has somewhat become a deterrent in this. She expresses a desire to have more friends, but she just can't find it in herself to act and do just that. Her Love Story basically addresses this problem of hers as the Savior decides to help her become more sociable.
  • Leitmotif: "Equation = oHo" and its "Philosopher Mix" version.
  • Magic Potion: An alchemist like her makes and uses these as a matter of course. Most of her skills in gameplay has her buffing and healing her allies, except for her Sub Skill, Poisonous Potion, which poisons enemies, and adds debuffs if she has Eureka! buffs on her.
  • Professor Guinea Pig: Due to her Shrinking Violet tendencies, she has an apprehension towards interacting with other Souls. As a result, she can't gather test subjects to help her in testing in-development potions. This leads her to test these prototypes on herself, something that the Savior worries about after learning about it.
  • Random Number God: Whenever she uses the Eureka! Sub Skill, she gains a unique buff of the same name that activates another effect on other skills. However, she has a 30% chancenote  to gain Eureka!!! (yes, with two extra exclamation marks) on top of the normal one, which activates a second and separate effect from the Eureka!-specific one.

Fayren Forest Keepers

    Alisha
Rarity: Rare -> Legendary+
Title: Forest Fighter
Artifact: Unknown
Height: 170cm
Birthday: 8/28
Hobbies: Sunbathing
Specialty: Chest bump
Likes: Someone strong
Dislikes: Moisture, mushrooms
Voiced by: Yealim Kim (Korean), ??? (Japanese)

Self-proclaimed "leader" of the Forest Keepers. Her interests only lie in people stronger than her.
  • Ambiguously Brown: Has a distinctly tanner appearance than the rest of the Souls minus Nicole.

    Lewayne
Rarity: Rare -> Legendary+
Title: Sleepy Archer
Artifact: Unknown
Height: 151cm
Birthday: 9/15
Hobbies: Picking out arrows
Specialty: Climbing trees
Likes: Forests
Dislikes: Frogs
Voiced by: Jiyoung Lee (Korean), ??? (Japanese)

The Forest Keepers' other archer. You'd sooner find her sleeping somewhere than doing her job though.

    Nicole
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Forest Wind
Artifact: Failnaught
Height: 163cm
Birthday: 9/12
Hobbies: Bird feeding
Specialty: Blowing on the grass reed
Likes: Freedom, unlimited refills
Dislikes: Plans
Voiced by: Jisun Lee (Korean), Tomoyo Takayanagi (Japanese)

The leader of the Fayren Forest Keepers. Her skill with a bow is partnered with a loyal yet untethered four-eyed falcon named Maedori, who follows her around on its own volition.
  • Ambiguously Brown: Is a bit tanner than the rest of the Souls minus Alisha
  • Big Eater
  • Forest Ranger: Already obvious with her affiliation, she is a forest ranger protecting the Fayren Forest from ne'er-do-wells that want to destroy or exploit the weakening forest like monsters and greedy lumberjacks. She also has the free Maedori assisting her in battles, like casting her Ultimate Skill.
  • Head Pet: Whenever Nicole visits the Town, used as the player's controlled character, or is brought along in story dungeons, she'll have Maedori resting on the top of her head, even when she's walking around. She seems to be unaware of this as she may sometimes have dialogue asking where Maedori went to.

Jade's Merchants' Guild

    Manon
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Small Elite
Height: 140cm
Birthday: 1/2
Hobbies: Making lunch boxes
Specialty: Mental calculations
Likes: Coffee milk, Security blanket
Dislikes: Long overdue payments, unpaid debts, unnecessary consumption
Voiced by: Kim Hyunji (Korean), ??? (Japanese)

A petite girl working for the Merchant's Guild as an accountant and financial advisor.
  • Art Attacker: Fights using colorful ink that she flings towards her enemies, which the game considers as magic damage.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: Way before her full release, she shows up as a shopkeeper (alternating between her, Sharinne, and Jade) when opening the Shop menu.
  • Fangirl: Of an anime titled "Jewel Force Magical Princess", particularly its lead character Gold Tail. Her True Ending costume is her own cosplay of the character that she wears during Episode 6 of her Love Story.
  • Good with Numbers: She especially mentions her habit of doing everything in regards to calculations mentally despite the easy access of a calculator in her Everphone.
  • Height Angst: She isn't exactly appreciative of her small stature. One of her Town dialogues has her mulling over whether to ask the Savior to press some buttons on a vending machine that she couldn't reach for her or not.
  • Shockingly Expensive Bill: In her Love Story, on her first day as the Savior's financial advisor, she reacts badly to the reason why Arkenine's been losing money from its treasury for a good while: the Savior's been spending funds on floor tiles to personally place on the Private Land and on the meals he has with other Souls, while not taxing Souls that undertake part-time jobs and improperly documenting expenses in the logs. She chews him out for it and becomes sort of his personal secretary to keep watch on his money sense.

    Talia
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Terrestrial Star
Artifact: Tetrabiblos
Height: 152cm
Birthday: 2/9
Hobbies: Drawing (inaccurate) portraits
Specialty: Wonderful horoscope
Likes: The stars, fortune cookies
Dislikes: Being treated like a child
Voiced by: Yena Jang (Korean), Inori Minase (Japanese)

A fortune teller who calls herself the "child of the Stars". Said fortunes tend to be cleanly accurate, though her dreaming of some unfortunate fates has also made her into an insomniac.
  • Bittersweet Ending: Her Love Story's Normal End. In an attempt to change her prophetic dream of becoming alone in a dark space forever, she and the Savior try to have a shared dream as Naiah suggested. Sadly, the shared dream fails and starts breaking down, as Naiah warns both of them that if they fall into the abyss, they may never wake up again. But instead of Talia falling in as her dream dictated, the Savior pushes her aside and falls instead. Fortunately, both of them woke up, but unfortunately, Talia lost all her memories with the Savior and had become an estranged Soul, detached from everyone, fulfilling her prophetic dream.
  • Downer Ending: Her Love Story's Bad End. Like her Normal End, she and the Savior attempt to change her dark prophetic dream by diving together into a shared dream to find a way to change it. Almost immediately, the shared dream fails and breaks down, and despite the Savior's best efforts to hold onto Talia as they try to escape and wake up, she falls into the abyss, locking her into a deep sleep. A month later, the Savior visits Naiah's shop to see Talia still asleep, and he starts regretting not getting to know her better, as he felt that was why the shared dream failed in the first place.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: In the Tower of Origin, it's revealed that, after humanity discovered the existence of Souls, she was sought after by humans for her power to see the future, treating her more as an object of power than an individual. She was constantly sold off at auctions, changing ownership as some of the humans that once owned her end up meeting their demise trying to chase after Talia's predictions. Following the end of humanity, she would then settle in Troyca to provide services to her fellow Souls, until the Gate incidents began and her predictions and dreams began to become nightmares for her, rendering her an insomniac. It led her to crystallize herself in the Crystal Cave to get some sleep, where she would later meet the Savior during the events of Main Story Chapter 2.
  • Fortune Teller: Her connection to the stars allows her to see other people's futures, which is the crux of her job as a fortune teller. Despite this being her job however, she hasn't exactly built up the mental fortitude to see through any futures that end up being dark or tragic, which is the central plot point of her Love Story.
  • Good Ending: Her Love Story's True End. Like her Bad and Normal Ends, she and the Savior attempt to change her dark prophetic dream by diving together into a shared dream to find a way to change it. As the Savior's choices up to this point have all been correct, they find a light within said dark dream. Said light leads them into a colorful dream world where relationships are affirmed by the stars. The Savior and Talia then confirm each other's feelings towards each other and become a couple, thwarting her prophetic dream against all odds.
  • Image Song: "Floating", sung in-character by her KR VA Yena Jang. Said song was also used for the game's G-STAR 2022 trailer.
  • It Was a Gift: Revealed in the Tower of Origin. The Tetrabiblos, Talia's Artifact and origin, was an astrology book written by Ptolemy, who would later give it to a young boy named Cyrus, who's revealed to be his child from an estranged lover that passed away. Never telling him about his parentage, he gave it to him as a gift after seeing his future (one he never told the boy as well) of becoming afflicted with a terminal illness that would render him bedridden up to his death, dying way before the old man Ptolemy himself.
  • Leitmotif: "My Little Stars", with a nifty little accompaniment of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" in the track's later segments.
  • You Can't Fight Fate: The main conflict of her Love Story stems around her dark prophetic dream telling her that she will end up alone forever. It's played straight with her Bad and Normal Ends where she and the Savior fail in the attempt and different flavors of "alone forever" are inflicted upon her, and averted with her True End where they succeed and become lovers in the process.

Order of Blackhawk

    Edith
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Knight of the Lilies
Artifact: Balisarda
Height: 158cm
Birthday: 12/8
Hobbies: Decorating diary
Likes: Sparkling water
Dislikes: Bugs, housework
Voiced by: Kim Sunghee (Korean), ??? (Japanese)

The former princess of the Tabria Empire who gave up her status to serve Yuria as her knight in the Order of Blackhawk. Her sister Hazel worries for Edith since she grew up sheltered and helped by maids, which is a problem she does face, but she makes up for it with earnest work.
  • Early-Bird Cameo: She is mentioned by Linzy in Yuria's Love Story before her debut.

Order of Sun

    Chloe
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Shield of Loyalty
Artifact: Aegis
Height: 172cm
Birthday: 5/1
Hobbies: Arm wrestling betting
Specialty: Breaking things down
Likes: Friends, mushroom soup
Dislikes: Nagging, tomato soup
Voiced by: Yeonwoo Kim (Korean), Satsumi Matsuda (Japanese)

A blunt yet shining knight of the Order of Sun and a childhood friend of both Linzy and Rose. As dimwitted as she may be, her determination and resiliency are second to none within the knights of Solrey.
  • Accidental Misnaming: A Running Gag. By her own words, she cannot remember any name that has more than 5 letters in it, and she ends up saying a close but wrong approximation of said name. Notable examples being Mephistopheles getting misnamed to "Mephi-whatnot" and Rita's dog Sylvester Joy III getting misnamed to "Silvertown".
  • Childhood Friends: With Linzy and Rose.
  • Death from Above: Both her Main and Ultimate skills involve her jumping up and striking her enemies with her fists as she plummets down, sometimes knocking them airborne upon hit.
  • Dumb Muscle: Not the sharpest tool in the shed, especially when compared with her two childhood friends. Her brick head does have merits though, as she can be the toughest nut to crack mentally out of the three of them.
  • Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: As Linzy remarks in a Town dialogue, "what you see is what you get" with her: a blonde girl who's brimming with straightforward positivity and care for others.
  • Innocently Insensitive: Has her moments, like in her Love Story where she casually makes Rita cry by accidentally reminding her that dogs don't live as long as Souls while she was depressed about her missing corgi, or when she was expecting the Savior to be a fire-breathing monster when Yuria and Mephi were summoning him because she's never seen a human before.
  • Last-Second Ending Choice: The final choice in Episode 7 of her Love Story. No matter how many correct choices you've made up to this point, choosing "Silvertown" will always lead you to the Downer Ending, with the puppy getting heavily injured due to both you and Chloe calling it by the wrong name and not getting it to safety in time. Likewise, no matter how many wrong choices you've made up to this point, choosing "Slyvester Joy III" will always lead you to the Normal Ending, with the puppy being safe but Chloe getting some injuries.
  • Leitmotif: "PASSHA!" and its "A Mystery" version. The latter was also used as a boss battle theme against Corrupt Official Chloe during the "Chloe's Strange Dream" event.
  • Magnetic Hero: Her brash yet honest attitude earns her a lot of respect and loyalty from her fellow knights in the Order of Sun.
  • Power Trio: Forms one with Rose and Linzy.
  • Shield Bash: Her weapon of choice is a pair of small shields that she uses as a sort of fisticuffs to beat up her enemies with.

Unknown/No Affiliation

    Daphne
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Refined Purity
Height: 187 cm
Birthday: 1/5
Hobbies: Watching the stars
Specialty: Doing hard jobs
Likes: Going to festivals, great encounters
Dislikes: Loneliness, making mistakes
Voiced by: Yeong Yu (Korean), ??? (Japanese)

A tall elven blacksmith who grew up in a mining town until she moved to Arkenine to help the fight against the Gates by creating weapons for the soldiers and knight orders. She has a particular fascination with the Savior due to his role in said war.
  • Attack Reflector: She has a Sub Skill named "Binding Will" that not only allows her to take a percentage of any of her allies' taken damage while active, it also gives her the "Shock Absorption" buff, which allows her to absorb a percentage of overall damage she received during that period and throw it right back at them when she uses her Main Skill. This makes her VERY viable at base rarity as, while she WILL die at lategame-tier fights, her passive buff "Artisan's Spirit" makes her invulnerable for a maximum of 12 seconds when her HP is depleted once per battle, after which she's healed for 100% of said damage taken. This means that, given the right keepsake set and any offensive-leaning Artifact that ISN'T hers, she can easily kill any formation that lean towards melee attacks (and ranged Souls too when you bring in Souls that can manipulate enemy placement with her) before she finally keels over.
  • Bittersweet Ending: Her Bad Ending. Following her confession, as the Savior stayed indecisive in whether or not to tell her his feelings, she allowed him to think things through for a while. Days later, he finds out that she willingly let herself be cursed by Violette, sealing away her immense strength forever, all for her to be able to stay close to him without accidentally hurting him, regardless of his answer to her confession. This, of course, eats away at him, admonishing himself for being so indecisive that he let things escalate up to this point.
  • The Blacksmith: Has set up a smithy to forge weapons and armor for the soldiers of Arkenine in gratitude for all of their efforts in protecting Souls.
  • Country Mouse: Originally lived in a rural mining town until it came under attack from a Gate. She was inspired by the Order of Sun that saved the village to move to Arkenine, but is still getting used to life in the city.
  • Cuddle Bug: Likes to greet people with a full-force bear-hug, but unfortunately...
  • Does Not Know Her Own Strength: While she can normally control her strength, said control flies out the window when hugging someone or when she's very excited or nervous. The Savior, being just a human, faints on several occasions from Daphne's welcome-hug.
  • Leitmotif: "Big Heart, Big Love".
  • Statuesque Stunner: Stands at a whopping 187 cm, currently towering over all other playable Souls, with the distant second being Velanna whose height reaches only 175 cm.

    Naiah
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Gentle Dream
Artifact: Dust of Sandman
Height: 162cm
Birthday: 8/31
Hobbies: Sleeping, sleeping again
Specialty: Dream travelling
Likes: Dream catchers, pillows
Dislikes: Insomnia
Voiced by: Saeah Lee (Korean), Yurika Moriyama (Japanese)

Owner of a dream shop located in Arkenine, she specializes in helping sleepless people be able to sleep properly and peacefully. She seems to have had a bad experience with insomnia...

    Pixie
Rarity: Common
Title: Mysterious Secret

One of the four generic Souls the Savior ends up summoning in his first campaign. She is the supporter of the bunch, using a bow to attack and providing needed heals to the party.

    Vivienne
Rarity: Epic -> Origin+5
Title: Emerald Wizard
Artifact: Emerald Tablet
Height: 168cm
Birthday: 1/22
Hobbies: Setting up fights
Specialty: Drunk-driving on a broom
Likes: Cool beer
Dislikes: Cleaning, hangovers
Voiced by: Yealim Kim (Korean), Yuu Asakawa (Japanese)

A former court magician of Solrey who betrayed Queen Yuria to serve a so-called "Master" and bring about the End of Eden. She is also a drunkard who often laments of various woes in her adult life, like a lack of money and bad hangovers.
  • Blow You Away: She attacks with blades of wind.
  • Critical Hit Class: Her Active Skill has her conjure wind blades in a straight line, with each casting increasing her critical hit chance up to 3 stacks. With her Ultimate Skill being a notably large AoE multi-hit attack and being a backline DPS with pathetically low DEF, she is definitely geared towards being a magic-oriented Glass Cannon.
  • Go-Karting with Bowser: She shows up in the events Wicked Vacation and Endless Summer, being the one responsible for creating the beach pocket dimension as a place to relax for our heroes.
  • Heel–Face Turn: Her being playable, as well as some of her lines in Town, implies that she becomes an ally at some point in the story. At what point? No one knows, since that story bit hasn't been released.
  • Ms. Fanservice: Navel-Deep Neckline? The Tease? Long attractive hair? Check, check, check, and check.
