Main Duo
Dr. Monster
The series titular character, a mad doctor who creates monsters to perform evil deeds.
- Card-Carrying Villain: His whole reasoning for being.
- Large Ham: Befiting his status as mad scientist, he's loud and boisterous.
- Mad Scientist: A gleefully stereotypical one.
- Really 700 Years Old: "Deady Bear vs. Leperchaun" reveals he's over a thousand years old.
- Truly Single Parent: Sinfant is his son, but there doesn't appear to have been a mother involved in Sinfant's conception.
Douglas
- Beleaguered Assistant: He begrudgingly has to put up with Dr. Monster's eccentricities.
- Berserk Button: Messing with Dr Monster, and trying to replace him. As much as his boss gets on his nerves, Douglas is extremely loyal to him, and gets very riled up should you cross him. Just ask the Andreoids... once they stop buffering, that is.
- Evil Brit: Downplayed. He's voiced by Eddie Bowley - a Brit - but is only doing his job, and doesn't actually wish ill will on anyone. Unless you mess with his boss, of course...
- Logic Bomb: How he beats the Andrewoids - he asks one of them "can a set of all sets contain itself in it?" and the other to "calculate pi to the very last digit." This overloads their cyborg brains, and he then throws them in "Dr Monster's Extremely Fun Lava Pool", where they freeze in place, buffering.
- Only Sane Man: It's not very hard to be the sensible one in a lab full of an insane scientist's monstrous creations.
- Punch-Clock Villain: Works as Dr. Monster's right-hand man, but isn't actually that bad of a person.
- Robotic Reveal: "The Andrewoids" reveals that Douglas is also mechanical - he shorts out when he has some Tears of Joy.
Dr. Monster's Creations
The Leperchaun
- An Arm and a Leg: Due to the Leperchaun's leprosy, his limbs are constantly falling off.
- Body Horror: The Leperchaun has an exaggerated case of leprosy, so he's constantly shedding his skin. And limbs. His touch also has this effect to give less comedic results, like when he touches a singer's face and her entire head devolves into rotten skin flakes.
- Card-Carrying Villain / Large Ham: Sometimes a Cold Ham, but still too vibrant sometimes.
- He's Back!: In "Deady Bear vs. Leperchaun".
- Touch of Death: He can spread his exaggerated leprosy to others. His touch isn't a One-Hit Kill like most, but it still counts.
- Walking Wasteland: Carelessly skips through a meadow of flowers...that all instantly shrivel up and die in his trail.
The Leopardchaun
The Hampire
- Card-Carrying Villain / Large Ham: Heh. Ham...
- Our Vampires Are Different: Dr. Monster's vampires double as pigs.
- Villainous Glutton: What he has in common with his enemy. He cannot get enough blood, as a vampire.
The Zombeef
- Card-Carrying Villain / Large Ham
- Our Zombies Are Different: Dr. Monster's zombies double as bulls.
- Villainous Glutton: What he has in common with his enemy. He cannot get enough brains, as a zombie.
The Mistletoad
- Card-Carrying Villain / Large Ham
- Grammar Nazi: Criticizes his opponent's grammar, which is intentionally ironic because Frosty is voiced by Jacksfilms, most famous for his Your Grammar Sucks series.
- Mad Bomber: The Mistletoad is basically a terrorist against Christmas.
- Ninja Pirate Zombie Robot: Anti-Christmas terrorist explosive frog.
- The Scrooge: Exaggerated. He vents his hatred of Christmas by being a straight-up terrorist against all things festive.
- You Are Fat: One of his disses towards Frosty the Bro-Man is to point out his obesity.
Frosty the Bro-Man
- Fratbro
- Card-Carrying Villain / Large Ham
- Harmless Villain
- Totally Radical: His dialect, as a Fratbro.
The Deady Bear
- And I Must Scream: Why he's evil - being gifted life gave him consciousness and memories of all of the agonizing years of being a ragdoll with no perception.
- Bears Are Bad News: An evil bear.
- Card-Carrying Villain / Large Ham: Like Leperchaun, he sometimes dips into Cold Ham but is still too vibrant sometimes.
- Creepy Doll / Evil Doll
- Empty Shell: The Deady Bear's personality shtick.
- Evil Brit: Deady Bear is voiced by the English Jayme Gutierrez.
- Freudian Excuse / Dark and Troubled Past: The Deady Bear was Dr. Monster's first creation and childhood friend, being a teddy bear who was gifted consciousness by Monster. He bitterly mentions that existence was an empty, apparently agonizing void before this. The Leperchaun dismisses this as a "sob story".
- Harmless Villain: He's never shown doing anything dangerous.
- Really 700 Years Old: He's Dr. Monster's first prototype from his childhood.
The Andrewoids
The Eggsecutioner
- Hair-Raising Hare: She's an Easter Bunny you do not want to mess with.
- The Smurfette Principle: So far the only female creation of Dr. Monster.
- When I Was Your Age...: She's a reflection of Dr. Monster's youth, when the Easter Bunny delivered judgment rather than joy.
The Eggsterminator
- The Ahnold: He's mainly based on Arnold Schwarzenegger's most famous role as the Terminator, but references are also made to his role as Mr. Freeze in Batman & Robin and his role in Jingle All the Way.
- Egg Folk: He's a walking, talking egg.
- Terminator Impersonator: He's largely a reference to the Terminator franchise, complete with dying by falling into a lava pit while giving a thumbs up.
Trumpty Dumpty
- And There Was Much Rejoicing: Douglas reacts to his demise with joy.
- Disney Villain Death: The video he appears in, fittingly enough, ends with him falling from his wall and breaking.
- Egg Folk: Like the Eggsterminator, he's a sentient egg-man, to the point that he's essentially Humpty Dumpty as a Trumplica.
- Trumplica: He's more or less Donald Trump merged with Humpty Dumpty, complete with the obligatory joke about Donald Trump planning to build a border wall to keep out illegal immigrants.
The Sinfant
- Antagonistic Offspring: He isn't above being mean to his father/creator Dr. Monster.
- Brainy Baby: Only an infant and is already highly intelligent and able to speak in full sentences.
- Enfant Terrible: He's an evil baby. What were you expecting?
