Nia is a bubbly, friendly girl who endeavors to try and get along with people. However, her friendly exterior hides her dark thoughts about her talent, often cursing the pain it inflicts on others. While other talents involve skills or prowess of one's abilities, her's primarily affects those around her. Her luck may cause a disastrous accident to happen that may injure others, but she will always walk away unscathed. Due to this, she generally tries not to get too close to others.

Satsuki is a very polite and well-mannered individual who is considered by many to be an avatar of the gods. Since a young age, she has been able to seemingly communicate with gods and communicating their orders to their loyal followers. When communicating with others she is very polite and finds that respect for others is an incredibly important trait for people to have and is one that she looks for in people. She is quite a serious individual, but she doesn't quite understand humour so jokes may go over her head.
- Aloof Dark-Haired Girl: She has long, dark hair is recognized for her maturity and elegance.
- Etiquette Nazi: She appreciates people who show respect and kindness to others. And in her bio card, she dislikes people who are disrespectful.

Word of God confirms that Satsuki is terrible at cooking. - Meaningful Name: Her surname consists of two words: "Yoshi" which means "good luck", "good omen" and "Mitsu" for "shine", "light", etc. Satsuki is a young girl who is regarded as a radiant beacon of light thanks to her connection to the gods.

Chikako has had few friends since a young age, instead spending most of her time playing board games. As a young child, she began to play Go, and her love for the game developed from simple hobby to obsession with its logical intricacy. Chikako has a habit of judging others based on their capability and ability to apply logic and reason. She has a habit of being incredibly demeaning to those she sees as below her, with her often insulting and degrading them at any given opportunity.
- Exotic Eye Designs: She has dark red yin yang symbols in her eyes
- Friendless Background: She had very few friends growing up as she spent her days playing games by herself.
- Intelligence Equals Isolation: One of the smartest girls in the Twisted Truths cast but has a difficult time befriending people. Not that it bothers her.
- Meaningful Name: Her last name means "full moon". This could reference her odango hair which is the same color as the moon itself.
- Red Eyes, Take Warning: She has crimson red eyes and is an intelligent force to be reckoned with.

Sui Matarada

Sui is an incredibly cheerful, hyperactive character, full of energy that is constantly moving around and doing what she feels like in the spur of the movement. While she truly loves botany, she hates working and finds it hard to concentrate on her talent or any task, so she often works on multiple projects at once in order to make it so that the projects do not become boring and she can focus. She has a very pleasant disposition towards others, and has quite a trusting personality, coming up with nicknames for everyone she spends time with.
- Blush Sticker: She has two pink stickers on her face.
- Brilliant, but Lazy: She's an Ultimate Botanist but she strongly dislikes the manual labor that is involved.
- Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: She's the Foolish to Yuki's Responsible.

Eri is someone whose quiet, cold nature can be off putting to those around her. Eri had a difficult upbringing, living in a slum, she resorted to stealing in order to stay alive. Eri finds it difficult to deal with others, finding it difficult to trust them, having come from a background where society was barter for barter and everyone back-stabs each other in order to get the upper hand. She has a distaste for those who look down on those who are poor.
- The Cynic: She only expects to see the worst in people and a given situation. Justified considering that she grew up poor and saw the worst in humanity.
- Dark and Troubled Past: Eri grew up in a slum where people betrayed and hurt each other constantly. She had to live like a street rat just to stay alive but grew cold from the experience.
- Exotic Eye Designs: She has what appear to be keyholes in her eyes.
- Never Be Hurt Again: Given how she finds it difficult to trust others considering how she grew up in a world where trusting people led to betrayal, it's implied that Eri was a victim of this.

She has worked for many multi-national corporations, as well as governments on top secret assignments. Kirei is a calm and collected individual who is often cold and quiet to those around her, with most of her time spent as information gathering or if the conversation can be used to gain knowledge. She is very formal and often has a hard time relaxing around others. However, she can lose her cool if she is goaded or teased by others.
- Action Girl: She's a bounty hunter who has a long successful streak of capturing targets no matter how dangerous the mission is.
- Bounty Hunter: A professional one at that.

Yua often practiced her beauty skills on herself and her family members, it soon became clear she had an extraordinary ability and she began to work in her local salon. The local salon shot up in popularity, and quickly became one of the most popular salons in the country. Yua is quite egotistical, believing her talent and herself are a gift from the gods, and that she is superior in almost every way to those around her. She believes talent is all meaning and that those without talent are beneath her.
- A God Am I: She considers herself to be a blessing from the gods themselves.
- Alpha Bitch: A snobby and arrogant popular girl who cares about her appearance and looks down on everyone around her.
- Exotic Eye Designs: Her pupils are shaped after the jewel pink tourmaline.

Senjin is a talented singer famous for his songs of jazz and classic rock and roll; he's also an iconic figure on account of his particularly unique attire, with his hat that always travels where he goes. He is generally less serious and laid back in most occasions, but when the situation calls for it he has sharp intellect. Senjin has quite a flirtatious nature around women, though this is generally for the purposes of embarrassing or flustering them.
- The Casanova: Senjin likes to flirt with women and girls. Though mainly so he can mess with them.
- Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass: Most of the time, Senjin is a chill guy who likes to goof off and have fun. But when the going gets tough, he shows how sharp he can be by picking up on important information.

Ire is a hot-blooded figure, bringing an explosive mixture of emotion and energy for scenes of action, to gritty analytical breakdown when there is a lull in the pace. His ability to ebb and flow with the match made his commentating legendary. However, his self-confidence and ability to place himself at the center of a situation makes him appear egotistical. Ire is insecure about his height and will often get very angry about those who comment on his height, and will often jab back at them if they try to do so.
- Attention Whore: He lives for it. It's even listed as the one thing he likes in his bio card.
- Berserk Button: He really doesn't like it when people talk about his height.
- Cool Shades: He owns a pair of sunglasses and uses them every now and then.

Kiyoshi rose to fame as a football star by powering his way through junior leagues until he began playing as the star striker for the U-21 National Squad. He is seen as a wonder child who brings glory to whichever team he plays for. Kiyoshi is a hot-blooded figure, often speaking before he thinks, and believes that actions speak louder than words, often judging individuals by what they can do rather than what they say. Kiyoshi can have quite an egotistical personality, his rise in fame and popularity feeding his ego.
- Hot-Blooded: An aggressive boy who is all too eager to act before thinking.
- It's All About Me: He has an arrogant ego thanks to his rise to glory.

His popularity among the locals is sky high, with his ascent to government almost already confined. Fuji is a very hard-working and caring individual, often putting the needs of others before his own, and always making sure that every individual can have their say or get what they can to support them. He dislikes those that are selfish, believing that the needs of the many should be above your own selfish desires.
- All-Loving Hero: He is a caring young man who reaches out to everyone offering his help however he can.
- Exotic Eye Designs: He has four pointed stars in his eyes.
- Meaningful Name: His last name means "light" or "brightness". Fuji personifies light by inspiring others to work together to create a stronger and happier community.

Yuki Matarada

Yuki is hard-working, serious and polite, and quite reserved, the complete opposite of his twin sister. His personality is quite often overshadowed by that of his sister, but he is the voice of reason between the two. Whilst not as inherently gifted as Sui, Yuki more than makes up for it with his hard work and dedication, publishing multiple papers every year which are widely accepted by the scientific community, a feat very few his age can achieve. He cares very deeply about his sister, not afraid to speak out in defence of her, and is quite protective of her.
- Berserk Button: He strongly dislikes it when people bully his sister.
- Big Brother Instinct: He and Sui are the same age but he makes it his responsibility to protect her.

Shiroyama is a shut in who spends most of his life within the confines of his room, and boasts an incredibly low attendance record. Despite this, his calibre in mathematics is matched by few, writing papers and advancing knowledge on all fronts forwards. He generally hates the outdoors, and is not seen very often by his peers or family. Shiroyama comes off as a cold person at first, but it is clear that this is mostly due to his lack of understanding of standard social etiquette, due to his inexperience in talking to others.
- Fat Bastard: Downplayed. He's the fattest guy in Twisted Truths and is not the most pleasant person to be around. But his coldness is mainly due to him not knowing how to socialize.
- Good with Numbers: His talent involves being able to solve and understand advanced math problems and equations.
- Hikikomori: Shiroyama strongly dislikes leaving his bedroom and has difficulty interacting with other people as a result.
- No Social Skills: He has a hard time socializing/interacting with others because he prefers to stay in his room the whole time.

The talent of being a DJ was one Etsuji discovered by chance, but by the end of his first performance, he had the entire crowd on their feet, a testament to his prodigal skill. Etsuji is a larger than life individual in both stature and personality, towering over many of his peers, yet also being louder and more boisterous than most of them. He believes that music is the soul of the body, and that music can move people, and strives to spread his music and happiness to as many people as he possibly can.
- Ambiguously Brown: The token dark-skinned character of the cast.
- The Big Guy: He towers over the other students as the largest of them all.
- Birds of a Feather: He enjoys the company of energetic people such as himself.
- Boisterous Bruiser: He's The Big Guy of the group and has a loud and compassionate energy that he can't help but express. The bruiser part is subverted since he doesn't use his muscles to punch/hurt anyone.

Uchiki Tori

Uchiki is an all in one director, conducting all on set direction, writing of all of the scripts himself. He has been featured in a number of award winning films. Uchiki is a very timid and quiet individual, finding it hard to talk to others. He is easily frightened and is intimidated by those who are loud or physically powerful. While directing, Uchiki acts very differently from the norm, he becomes commanding and authoritative, capable of ordering around others and overpowering strong egos.
- Exotic Eye Designs: His pupils are stylized after a pink camera shutter.
- Meaningful Name: His name can mean "shy, timid and bashful". All of this is in reference to his timid personality.
- Mood-Swinger: In normal situations, Uchiki is a quiet and passive boy who startles easy. When he's directing, he becomes aggressive and dominating towards anyone working under him.
- Prima Donna Director: When he's in director mode, he can be extremely loud and aggressive towards the people working on his movies.
- Self-Deprecation: He talks lowly about his timid self and how he hates living a double life.

A strange creature taking the form of a Kotengu whose origins are unclear. It's head appears to be some sort of mask, hiding something more fearsome beneath. Where did it come from? Why is it here? The reasons are uncertain, but as long as it continues to move, the Ultimates must heed its commands. Unless, that is, they want to experience it's rather "unique" brand of punishment, and those claws look particularly sharp.
- Big Bad: The primary antagonist that the Twisted Truth kids have to face off against.
- Cool Mask: They wear a red mask that covers their whole face and beak.
- Feathered Fiend: They're modeled after a Kotengu and have trapped the Ultimates to play their twisted games.
- No Biological Sex: The bio card doesn't refer to Kurotengu with any particular pronouns.
- Sadist Teacher: The new/old headmaster who enjoys tormenting the students. They even cites capital punishments as their favorite thing.
