Nieves Solanna "Snow" Galvez

Nieves Solanna Galvez, known by her nickname, "Snow", is the president of The Coast Hotel, one of the biggest chains of hotel in the Philippines. Originally acting as the temporary president for her sick father, Snow eventually took over the management of The Coast. She first met Sibal on the first day of her work as the temporary president. Scorching Love, the first story in the series, focuses on her.

• Daddy's Girl: She and her dad, Remus, got along considerably well (due to the fact that their father is the only remaining person in their side after their mother left them) to the point of even entrusting her to run the business in his stead at the young age of 17.
• "Dear John" Letter: Said to be done by Snow to Sibal, [[spoiler:although Snow didn't know anything about this letter and speculated that it must be the work of her aunt, Maria Emilia.
• Family Business: The Coast Group of Hotels is the family business of the Galvez family and the same business Snow is handling at a young age of 17.
• Love Hurts: Ah yes.. even Snow, who initially thought of love as 'short-lived' got immensely hurt because of a thing called love.

  Snow: I realized that people get hurt one way or another. You really can't evade pain. Especially when you love.

• Missing Mom: Her prologue reveals that their mother left them at a young age and she has no choice but to act as the mother figure for her little brother, Kael.
• Near-Death Experience: She almost drowned herself to death, without her father or Kael or even Sibal noticing it. She saved herself and then realized at that moment that no one would help her but herself.

  Snow: I almost drowned! I almost drowned! I saved myself... Nobody knew.. I was alone. Nobody cared.

• Strong Family Resemblance: She is said to resemble her aunt, Maria Emilia. She's not pleased about it and even told Kael to stop whenever he points it out.

  Kael: You're like a mini Tita Marem

  Snow: That's not funny, Kael.
