Reiko Hanamura

- Long Hair Is Feminine: Aside from the obvious effects of puberty a big cue that she's transformed over the last 14 years from One of the Guys to Ms. Fanservice is her long, flowing hair.
- Meaningful Name: ‘Reiko’ is Japanese for ‘beautiful child’, or, since the name is coded feminine, ‘beautiful girl’.
- Raven Hair, Ivory Skin: Dark hair, pale skin, and extremely beautiful.
- Tomboy: The title does not disappoint. After the opening timeskip, she's arguably a Girly Girl with a Tomboy Streak, but despite puberty giving her a major Girliness Upgrade and Curves in All the Right Places she hasn't totally lost her edge.
- She's All Grown Up: One of the central gimmicks of the comic is seeing the former scrawny runt blossomed into a Head-Turning Beauty.
Nick - "Nikki"
"Don't call me that in public."
- Blind Without 'Em: Played With. In Episode 2 when Reiko 'borrows' his glasses he can see her just fine, but in the extra, she's a complete despite being right next to him. Possibly justified as he's familiar enough with Reiko for his imagination to be able to fill in the blanks - the third panel could show how he perceives her while the extra depicts what he actually is able to see.
- Nerd Glasses: One of his distinguishing features.
- Embarrassing Nickname: In episode 2 he suggests 'Nikki' is something he doesn't want Reiko to call him in public.
Mark - "Mocchi"
"Guess I'm still the buffest one here."
- Chick Magnet: Attracts the attention of several female background characters in Episode 3 and Episode 5, with one outright asking him "Can we fuck?"
- Edible Theme Naming: Or nicknaming, possibly. ‘Mocchi’ is a kind of Japanese rice cake.
- Hunk: The tallest of the group, standing One Head Taller than female lead Reiko. in Episode 3 extra Mocchi shows off a chiseled six-pack and a borderline Heroic Build, which is enough to leave Reiko speechless.
