Kids

     Penelope Johnson
A friend of Clyde, as well as the current queen of bullies ever since Ronnie Anne left.

     Chandler
Former king of bullies before Penelope took the seat, and also the butler of the Universe family for some as-of-yet unknown reason. It's implied she and Ronnie Anne used to be on better terms.

     Lindsey Sweetwater
Lola's beauty pageant rival.

     Fernando
A classmate of Lynn.
  • What Happened to the Mouse?: Disappears from the story without so much a mention after his first chapter. He returns in the prologue to the Proto-Lucy arc, where he's told about what happened to Lynn.

Teenagers

     Maggie Swagger
The pessimistic middle child of the Swagger trio. She and Luan used to be friends.
  • Adaptational Heroism: Comparing Maggie between the original and the reboot produces quite jarring results: In the original, she not only intimidated Haiku, but also killed Giggles after she had been stabbed by Proto-Lucy. In contrast, the meanest Reboot!Maggie gets is harshly calling out Luan on her whole comedy ideas, and even then, she was sorry about it.
  • Combined Energy Attack: Her "Edgy Sphere of Despair" (Ow, the edge!) attack is made by concentrating both her own despair and the one from the people around her.
  • The Mentor: Was hoping to be this to Lucy in the original. Haiku would have none of it, however.
  • Perpetual Frowner: She never smiles, ever.
  • We Used to Be Friends: With Luan, over some as-of-yet unknown reason.

     Sam Swagger
The eldest child of the Swagger trio, and Luna's girlfriend.
  • Annoying Younger Sibling: Inverted as her obsessiln with Mick Swagger and rough-around-the-edges personality makes her into an Annoying Older Sister for both Maggie and Tabby.
  • Big Sister Bully: Unknowingly acts as one to both Maggie and Tabby, though she's more direct about it with the former than the latter.
