Damon Dran was a wealthy but paranoid businessman who stole a power source developed by the mysterious Project 4 and exposed himself to it, becoming the Indestructible Man.
- Hand Blast: The Project Four device gave Dran the ability to project energy beams from his hands.
- Nigh-Invulnerability: The full extent of Dran's indestructibility is unknown, but it allowed him to survive his island being blown up by a S.H.I.E.L.D.

Molot Boga was a Russian Orthodox monk who was kicked out of his order for violent behaviour. He used his devotion for God to fuel acts of vengeance and violence. He was sponsored by Damon Dran in his mission to assassinate ambassadors of countries which formed the defunct USSR.
- Badass Preacher: A Russian Orthodox monk turned assassin.
- Bald of Evil: Has a shaved head.
- Beard of Evil: Sports a full bushy beard to go with his Bald of Evil.
- Husky Russkie: A hulking Russian big enough and strong enough to use a minigun as a sidearm.
- More Dakka: Uses a mingun as a man-portable weapon.
- Sinister Minister: A Russian Orthodox monk turned assassin.
- Super-Strength: Boga possesses superhuman strength enabling him to tear the vehicle door with no effort.

- The Bus Came Back: After being missing since facing Black Widow in 2010, he reappeared in Las Vegas facing Conan in 2020.

- Rogues' Gallery Transplant: Besides fighting Black Widow, he has also antagonized the Avengers, the Squadron Supreme and even Conan the Barbarian.

Super spy and agent of the former USSR. Iron Maiden has always lived in the shadow of Natasha Romanova, the Black Widow, and is quite jealous of her.
- Always Someone Better: She was originally an agent of the Russian government. She was forced to live in the shadow of the legendary Black Widow. This caused her to develop a deep hatred for the Widow.
- Amazon Brigade: She was one of the many female villains that joined Superia's Femizons, and was one of the few that remained as her "lieutenants".
- The Faceless: She's never seen without the mask, although her hair appears to be blonde.
- In the Hood: Besides her mask she also wears a hood.
- Power Armor: The suit increases Melina's strength and protects her from physical and energy damage.
- Renegade Russian: She left the service of Russia and became a freelance assassin and mercenary.

Kono Sanada

Kono Sanada was a former sumo wrestler who has turned into a paid assassin.- Brother–Sister Team: Introduced and fought alongside his sister Sheoke.
- Carnival of Killers: Introduced as part of a group of mercenaries trying to capture Black Widow.
- Chain Pain: Uses a length of chain as a personal weapon.
- Stout Strength: Kono does not have powers of any kind although, he does use his size to his advantage. His muscles and fat keeps him resistant to physical trauma.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: While his sister continues to make sporadic appearances, he hasn't been seen since 1994.

Mandrill

Mutant Mandrill super-villain who can control women with his pheromones.
- Animal-Themed Superbeing: While he has the appearance of a mandrill, his pheromones aren't related to it.
- Bare-Bottomed Monkey: Mentioned in one issue of Spider-Man, when Spidey captures him and jokes about how he'd be more intimidating if he "flashed the red butt" at people. Mandrill scoffs at the insinuation, because his butt is apparently orange, not red.
- Commonality Connection: He bonded with Nekra Sinclair because of their similar situations growing up.
- Like Brother and Sister: Nekra is probably the only woman he actually respects.
- Maniac Monkeys: He's a humanoid mandrill that controls women.
- Pheromones: His mutant ability is to produce pheromones that can control women.

- Albinos Are Freaks: While not really an albino, she was born with chalk-white skin to African-American parents, and was shunned and driven away by them.
- Commonality Connection: With Jerome Beechman/Mandrill, since their births were very similar.
- Hero Killer: Shares this role with Daimon Hellstrom, being the ones to kill Dr. Druid. Nekra was the actual triggerwoman in the deal.
- Kill and Replace: She killed a woman named Adrienne Hatros and pretended to be her.
- Mutant: She's a mutant who also has enhanced her strength with voodoo magic.
- The Power of Hate: Nekra can change her angry emotions into super strength, endurance & resistance to injuries.

Due to a set of events, he was ultimately put in as sheriff of the criminal island known as Bagalia. He currently serves as Madame Hydra's personal bodyguard.

She is associated with the Serpent Squad.

Pieter Altmann grew up in Germany during WWII. When Germany fell, his home was invaded by Russian soldiers who killed his father. He fled to a church and was hidden by the local priest in a warehouse filled with crates that included experimental radioactive isotopes. This exposure gave him telekinetic powers, which he used to become the super-villain Watchlord, vowing to eliminate all Russian influence in his new adopted home, the United States. He kidnapped the Black Widow and her partner Ivan Petrovitch, but was killed in a rock slide he had caused, hoping to bury the Widow.
- Mind over Matter: Had telekinetic abilities.
- Playing with Fire: Was a pyrokinetic, able to set fire to buildings with his mind.
- Radiation-Induced Superpowers: Gained his powers from exposure to radioactive isotopes.
- Startervillain: the first supervillain Natasha fought in a solo story.
- Transmutation: Had matter reshaping/animation powers. Was able to turn wooden planks into a straitjacket and wooden beams into a sort of metallic cage.

- Guns Akimbo: Caries a pair of six-guns and often fires both at once.
