Aidan Salt (Apex Strike)
A high school student who discovers that he has telekinetic powers and decides he can use them to become a supervillain.
Angelique (Nevermore)
A French supervillainess with the power to animate and control the numerous tattoos on her body. Aidan has the hots for her since the moment he sees her having sex with another guy.
Helen Campbell (Firewall/Trojan Fox)
A tech genius from New Zealand with mechanical legs and a powerful suit of flying armor. Originally goes by Firewall but the Project Kayfabe heroes rebrand her as Trojan Fox.
- The Leader: Becomes the leader of the New Offenders after the botched robbery, when Aidan nominates her.
Nick Nesbit (Showstopper)
Odigjod (Hellspawn)
An imp from the Third Circle of Hell on a work exchange program. He can shapeshift and teleport himself and one other person.
- Third-Person Person: Almost always refers to himself in third person.
- Voluntary Shapeshifting: He can change his shape to other appearances or even objects.
Felix Platero (Geode)
Carnivore
A genetic freak who looks like a mishmash of human and animal parts and a nasty disposition. The least favorite member of the team.

Emma Hendriks (Ghost Girl)
A South African girl with a horribly disfigured face and the ability to see ghosts and auras. She can also interact with both.
- Dark and Troubled Past: After getting her ability, Emma found out that her uncle and his friends enjoy going out and hunting black kids. When she confronts him about it in the kitchen, he gets angry at her finding out and tries to kill her by pressing her face against a hot frying pan full of oil. She manages to grab and knife and kill him. While it's treated as self-defense, she refuses to let the doctors fix her face, wanting a constant reminder of how trusting someone can backfire. She then went on a vigilante spree, going after her uncle's friends.
Liam Long (Spasm)
Sacha Sakalauskas (Iron Bear)
A Lithuanian techie with a suit of armor, who longs to help get his little sister out from behind the Iron Curtain. He becomes Aidan's first friend on Death Island.
- Character Death: His throat is torn out by Carnivore for interfering earlier when Carnivore wanted to kill Aidan.

The first superhero and a Titan. One of the founders of the Protectors. Originally from Baja California, Mexico, before it was annexed by the US and made a state (at his request).
- Masked Luchador: His costume prominently features a luchador mask.
Kazuo Nagano (Gamemaster)
A Japanese-American tech genius who evaded internment during World War II and instead built himself a suit of armor and began to fight supervillains. One of the founders of the Protectors.
