The Teacher
Gintoki "Ginpachi-sensei" Sakata
- 0% Approval Rating: Despite being a legendary fighter suffering from a Dark and Troubled Past, he is anything but in front of Class 1. His imprudence, laziness and sometimes annoying behaviour often pisses off his own students, especially Kenji who gets subjected by his antics, and is verily disliked by them. It gets worse in AWA Stories Chapter 13, Solving a Friend's Dilemma, when he actually caused the problem with his rumour-mongering regarding Chizuru's incompatibility as the leader, since he led the whole Class 1 to be banned from partaking any missions temporarily. His relationship to his other staff members isn't at its best either, as shown when he interacted with the more mature ones including Toshinori Yagi/All Might and Summer Rose, causing the latter to point out at his immature behavour.
- Anti-Role Model: Just do not let this guy be your role model, considering how he often sets a bad example of a teacher to the Class 1 as a whole, including his nose-picking and his laziness.
- Butt-Monkey: He is often the receiving end of this trope from his students, due to his behaviour. Whenever he causes a mess in the first place, he either gets called out by them or he simply runs away riding a scooter.
- It Began with a Twist of Fate: When he spreads the rumours regarding Chizuru being unfit for leadership to his group, his actions drive off Chizuru's Character Arc when he's the target of such rumours from others including Davis Motomiya.
- Manchild: He seldom takes his job as a teacher responsibly, who is more focused on his laziness than being responsible for handling his own students.
- Toxic Friend Influence: His role as a teacher is rather questionable to say at the least. Gintoki's personality is what influenced Chizuru's current personality as of today. In fact, Chizuru's annoying behaviour and his infamy as the "blonde bundle of annoyance" across AWA are directly tied back to Gintoki. There's also Madoka, whose personality goes to a complete 180, eventually becoming this because of Chizuru.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Chizuru getting a lot of bad press for being not ready as a leader to Class 1 in the first few chapters is because of his rumour spreading about his unreadiness to be one. He also admits to Max at the end of AWA Missions - Tales of the World that he's at fault for causing Chizuru to be subjected to hate against others.
Students
Chizuru Tachibana
The mainstay hero of the series and the main protagonist of Kimi to Boku. Known by many as the "blonde bundle of annoyance" and the "miserable pile of secrets", Chizuru is an aspiring hero of the AWA, but in reality he is actually inferior and insecure with his capabilities but gets over with it later on the story. He develops a one-sided rivalry with Davis Motomiya. He is revealed to be a part of the Rookie 20 and is ranked #7. He is one of the members of the Clique.
- Adaptational Intelligence: Unlike in the canon who is stupid, Chizuru is much more intelligent and his stupidity is just an act so that he doesn't want to be under the radars of every college and universities. Unfortunately, it doesn't work when Kenji tells him that he is joining Shiiou University in his first day, sometime after defeating the Apostles in Earth-228/Negima's World.
- Age Lift: In Kimi to Boku, Chizuru is 16. Here in the fic, he's 19.
- All of the Other Reindeer: Him being the victim of Ginpachi-sensei's rumours about him being unfit for leadership role in his gang led him to be a target of hate from various heroes across the academy. Until he finally gets over with it.
- Beware the Nice Ones: He may be nice to others, but when someone close to him gets harmed, he goes into a murderous rage. Exemplified when Tsukuyomi threatened to kill Yoshika and Alligator attempting to mass-murder everyone in Monster High including his own friends.
- Boke and Tsukkomi Routine: He serves as the boke half to Kenji's tsukkomi, being the annoying but lovable blonde.
- Cannot Spit It Out: His romance with Yoshika, since he tries to hide it due to the fact that he wants to take it slow and gets annoyed when Hideki mentions it in front of him. However, Chizuru never read the memo after all this time, since most people including Hideki Hinata already knew about it because of Lelouch and Araya's radio podcast.Chizuru: Ugh... I just... had a lot of things in mind, right now.Chizuru: Ugh... not you too!
- Chick Magnet: Chizuru's popularity across AWA makes him the target of various girls, despite being in a relationship with Yoshika, leading to an Unwanted Harem.
- The Hero: He is the main protagonist of the story.
- Inferiority Superiority Complex: The confident Chizuru is revealed to be insecure, who is inferior of showing the capability of his skills and especially as the to-be leader of his group, which was what led to Class 1 being sidelined to join on multiverse missions in the first few chapters of the story. It turns out that Ginpachi-sensei is behind the rumours after all.
- Like Brother and Sister: He is treated like a little brother to Nanoha, since she's the one responsible for pulling Chizuru out of his dilemma by acknowledging him as a future leader.
- Obfuscating Stupidity: Chizuru only pretends to be stupid so that no one will catch upon him that he's in college. Turns out he took that entrance exam with Yuuki in Shiiou University, which Kenji caught upon immediately.
- Official Couple: He is in love with Yoshika. But that does not stop him from having a long-list of Unwanted Harems including Homura Akemi, Fluttershy Breeze, Adagio Dazzle, Tsukuyomi, Aoba Suzukaze, Sour Sweet, Tsugumi Hazawa, Kokoro Tsurumaki, Raki Kiseki, Karen Kamishiro, Hime Shiratori, Kirara Hanazono, Yuzu Nikaidou, Hibiki Tenshou, Kii Saegusa and Elza Forte. A part of that is because of Amour's meddling.
- Related in the Adaptation: So many to begin with that it will take a list. He is related to the following:

- Kanade Tachibana from Angel Beats!
- Ichigo Hoshimiya, Raichi Hoshimiya, Ringo Hoshimiya and Michelle Tachibana from Aikatsu!. Michelle and Ichigo are a strange case of relationship overhaul overlap, since both of them in the original Aikatsu canon they are unrelated. But here they are cousins.
- Hotaru Tachibana from Aoharu × Machinegun
- The Rival: To Davis Motomiya, but for rather strange reasons: who is the better loser. The irony hits Davis hard, however, since Chizuru has already made a name for himself after becoming the leader of his crew.
- Small Role, Big Impact: Chizuru's insecurities and inferiority complex was what led to Ginpachi banning Class 1 from partaking on missions, much to Kenji's frustration. It plays a very significant part of Chizuru's Character Development when he confronts his weakness in front of the crowd, thus fixing the mess he indirectly caused despite Ginpachi-sensei playing a hand on it.
Kenji Kazama
The main protagonist of D-Frag! and one of the main characters of All Worlds Alliance. Firstly appearing in the story's "Prologue", he is the first normal human to be a part of the AWA's original membership... Alongside superpowered heroes who are clearly leagues beyond him. But he later makes it up when he trains himself harder and subsequently is included into the organization. He is one of the few strongest characters of Chizuru's gang, despite being The Lancer to him. He is also a member of the AWA Rookie 20 and is ranked #1. He is one of the members of the Clique.
- Adaptational Angst Upgrade: Kenji has no disdain for blondes in the original. But in this story, he loses his mind whenever he sees a blonde hair, often driving himself into bitter annoyance.
- Badass Normal: He's by no means a superpowered hero like Goku, Vegeta, Luffy, as well as others, Kenji is still a badass, which is significant when he firstly joined the AWA amidst the more veteran yet superpowered heroes. Through training, he's proven himself to be capable of dashing out powerful physical attacks, as well as using a briefcase that can transform into a machine gun and a cannon. He later gets a badass upgrade after he also learned chakra and magic, as well as all of Rokushiki's moves. He also attained both Haki including Kenbonshoku and Haohoshoku.
- Boke and Tsukkomi Routine: Between him and Chizuru, Kenji is the one who is the sane man out of the two, being subjected to a few, if not many of Chizuru's antics.
- Butt-Monkey: He's often subjected to the craziness and antics from his other peers, which often gives him a headache.
- Composite Character: His character combines between his original characterization from D-Frag! and Seth Rollins from WWE, solely in terms of his move sets.
- Every Device Is a Swiss-Army Knife: His specially-engineered briefcase. While it may seem like just some average briefcase on the outside, it is actually his mainstay weapon since it can transform into any weapon including machine guns, cannons and countless other weapons. With infinite ammunition!
- Fire-Forged Friends: Clearly his inquisitive, no-nonsense personality often causes some interesting Boke And Tsukkomi Routines between him and Chizuru. But nonetheless, he is friends with him and their hero crew, and the rest of the heroes who are a direct opposite to his Only Sane Man nature.
- Heterosexual Life-Partners: He is best friends with Hachiman during middle school and until today, since he often defends the latter from the target of bullying in their middle school.
- The Lancer: He is the second-in-command to Chizuru within his gang and is the one who assist him the most in their missions across the multiverse.
- Only Sane Man: Unfortunately, in a world of heroes with varying personalities, Kenji is often surrounded by morons, to his dismay. And it gets amplified when Ginpachi-sensei is in the picture, whom he hates him for his stupidity.
- The Power of Hate: He is revealed to be an Eccentric, where he gains a significant boost in power and strength the more he is angered.
- Related in the Adaptation: At least to a few people who have the Kazama surname including Levi Kazama, Iroha Kazama and Jin Kazama. Jin lampshades it where he Hand Waves to Gertrud about his mother (Jun) not knowing the other side of his family including Kenji's.Jin: I see... My mother never mentioned much of her side of the family, so it's possible.
- Unwanted Harem: On top of his canon harem including Roka, Takao, Funabori, Tama, Hata and Koushuu, Kenji is also being chased after Ryuuko, Mystery Mint, Gory Fangtell and Kaoruko Moeta. To his dismay, he's trying to avoid them.
Cesaro Oohori
One of the main characters of All Worlds Alliance. He is Kenji and Shinozaki's best friend, where he later becomes a member of the AWA. He is a part of the AWA Rookie 20 and is ranked #9. He is one of the members of the Clique.
- Ascended Extra: In D-Frag, Oohori is merely a minor character to the story. Here in this fic, he's one of the story's main characters. Also doubles that he's given a first name, something that was not seen in the original.
- Closet Geek: Is noticeably much geekier in comparison to his original counterpart, where he's an avid video game lover.
- Composite Character: His character combines both his original characterization from D-Frag! and Cesaro from WWE in terms of Oohori's hero abilities.
- The Gadfly: He likes to tease others for his own amusement, which mostly backfires where he gets into trouble as a result of it.
- Manchild: In one instance during Chapter 18 of AWA Stories, where he is seen reading... The Three Little Pigs.Kenji: The hell are you reading?
Oohori: Three Little Pigs.
Kenji: I know that! But why are you reading that? What are you six?!
Oohori: Just a little trip with inner childishness. - Muscles Are Meaningless: Oohori has no muscles to begin with, yet he's still ridiculously strong on the outside, where he uses both agility and strength all at once. He's nicknamed the "Japanese Superman" due to his abnormal strength.
- Named In The Adaptation: He is named Cesaro Oohori in this fic, where his first name was after the namesake wrestler from WWE.
