Lily Liveblogs Stuff! is a liveblog belonging to Lily of BOOM-Fanfic-a-Latta where she, along with an unwilling Mr L, read, review, and react to different stories. Needless to say, Hilarity Ensues. Currently, the pair is reading Paper Mario: The Temple of the Sun, but that segment has been put on hold for the time being. In the meantime, Mr L is doing a solo readthrough of Bad Things Will Happen.

This liveblog provides examples of:

• Cloud Cuckoo Lander: Lily. She even admits to being one.
  Lily: Because I'm proud of being a Cloudcuckoolander!
  • Cuckoosnarker: Lily can also be quite snarky at times.
• Deadpan Snarker: Mr L. Lily also has her moments of this, and there have been cases of Snark-to-Snark Combat between the two.
  Lily: Everyone, meet the Twelve Guardians of Day and Night!
  Mr L: Oh, is that who they are? I thought they were a group of 12 nigh-immortal tweens/teens, each one attuned to a different variety of magic, who helped separate the world of magic from the world of technology and founded a kingdom that has an anagram for a name.
  Lily: No, that would be the founders of Demalres.
  Mr L: Wait, what?! I was just being sarcastic!
  Lily: Well, next time, try to use an example that isn’t from a book that I myself happen to be writing.
• Lampshade Hanging: There's a lot of this.
  Lily: “Person spills secret info while bragging about how know one knows said info/threatening you’ll never find it” cliche. Man, these Darkstrider guys are really cliche.
  [Beat]
  Lily: Wait, when did I turn into the CinemaSins guy?
• Noodle Incident: All that is known about what happened while Lily was explaining what was going on to Mr L is that she burst out into song at least once and that she mentioned My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
• O.O.C. Is Serious Business: In the announcement leading up to the reveal of the "Mr L Solo" segments, as well as in the segments themselves, Lily is much shorter-tempered than usual and wants to be left alone. Justified as she's trying to juggle scheduling the guest for Temple of the Sun Chapter 2, interviewing characters to be hosts of a dare show, and trying to write her other stories and do her schoolwork all at the same time. It's no wonder she's so exasperated.
• Running Gag: Quite a few:
  • Lily getting mad when characters tempt fate
  • Lily being about to burst into song, and Mr L stopping her
  • Mr L calling someone Captain Obvious, and Lily telling him he's saying it wrong
    Lily: You have to say it like Raccoon Man!
  • Lily continuing King Shroude's dialogue and mentioning the CDi games as a way to threaten people
  • In the prologue, Mr L talking about understatements
  • Lily starting each installment by greeting the readers with "Alola, peoples!"
• Shout-Out: Lily is a veritable fountain of these, some of them quite obscure-sounding
  Lily: Time Travel: can solve nearly all of your problems. (Use as directed. If done incorrectly, possible side effects may include retcon, paradoxes, time crashes, tense trouble, headaches, time quakes, space-time collapsing, and/or the arrival of Time Sheep.)
  Mr L: …I don’t even want to ask about the sheep…
  Lily: It’s an Odd Squad thing. That’s…pretty much the best way to describe it. The sheep, I mean.
• Tempting Fate: Lily gets very annoyed whenever a character does this.
