Comic Strike is a blog created by Evan Crose. It is a sort of spinoff of the Animated Critic Blog. It stars a character named Ashley, a recurring character on Animated Critic, as she reviews comic books and comic-related material. It was designed in the hope of adding more personality to Ashley's character. It started on July 13th, 2016 with a review of the first story from Batman #1. It is the third entry in the Animated Critic Universe and is so far the only one with a female protagonist. The blog also has an ongoing storyline with Story Arcs.
