AskKarkatVoice
is a popular fan blog within the Homestuck fandom, written and performed in-character as Karkat Vantas. Unlike your every day ask blog, askkarkatvoice, (or AKV for short), adds voice acting to the mix. It's updated in "entries" where Karkat Vantas answers a group of questions by reading them off sheepishly, then either going into a torrent of insults about them, going into a long rambling yet informational answer, or going into a long depressing drivel about his life and his flaws.
It's written, performed, and maintained by a voice actor and musician going by the name of "Case", and is considered by many in the fandom to be not only the best voice for the character of Karkat, but also the best non-official written characterization.

Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: One happens in Entry 9, where Karkat reads off a question in Japanese, and then proceeds to answer the question in fluent Japanese. He never references this again. - Ask a Stupid Question...: And Karkat will deal with you accordingly. He has to do this at least once each entry.
- Book Worm: The writer of the blog sometimes portrays that Karkat does have this side of him, which is forgotten by most of the fandom. Entries might include extended ramblings about romance or psychology or sociology, as he's done more than once in canon.
- Cant Unhear It: If you look through the notes in any one of the blog's posts, it appears many people who discover this voice actor adopt the voice as their "headcanon."
- Freudian Slip: He occasionally has one or two as nods to Karkat's canon "erotic slips of the tongue."
- Official Couple: Karkat with Dave, according to one of the blog's last updates.
- Sidetracked by the Analogy: Some of the lengthier rants are so colorfully vulgar and excitably performed that you may lose track of what the question originally was.
- Sleep Cute: John, while dimension hopping, stumbles upon Karkat and Dave doing this.
