• Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox: Eobard Thawne, who seemingly caused the timeline changes and spends the film tormenting his archenemy the Flash over them.
• Justice League: War: Darkseid, who leads his armies on an invasion of Earth, causing the formation of the Justice League and Victor Stone's transformation into Cyborg.
• Son of Batman: Deathstroke, who has killed Ra's al Ghul and wants to kill Ra's' grandson (and Batman's son) Damian Wayne, who stabbed his eye, to cement his coup of the League of Assassins, capturing Damian's mother Talia al Ghul to lure him out so the boy, now the new Robin, can fight him.
• Justice League: Throne of Atlantis: Ocean Master, Aquaman's half-brother, who takes control of the throne to Atlantis and declares war on the surface world.
• Batman vs. Robin: Talon, who kidnaps Damian, wanting to make him his pupil, and attempts to murder Batman, driving the conflict of manipulating the two heroes against each other.
• Batman: Bad Blood: Talia al Ghul, who is using kidnapping and Mind Control to try and rebuild the League of Assassins, even right down to controlling Batman himself, and has cloned her son to create the Heretic.
• Justice League vs. Teen Titans: Trigon, father of Raven, whose return threatens the entire world when he mind controls the Justice League.
• Justice League Dark: Destiny, an Emotion Eater wizard from Arthurian times, the master of the Dreamstone, and Archenemy of Jason Blood who desires world domination.
• Teen Titans: The Judas Contract: Brother Blood, who hires Deathstroke to capture the Titans so he may absorb their powers and become a god. Deathstroke agrees to his terms out of hatred for Robin and accomplishes the team's capture using Terra.
• Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay: A Big Bad Ensemble between Vandal Savage, a Back from the Dead Professor Zoom, and the Suicide Squad's overseer Amanda Waller; all of whom are after the Get Out of Hell card.
• The Death of Superman: Doomsday, a killing machine sent by Darkseid to kill Superman, succeeding.
• Reign of the Supermen: Hank Henshaw, who's made into Cyborg Superman to destroy the late Man of Steel's memory and prepare Earth for an Apokolips invasion. When the real Superman returns from the dead, Henshaw sabotages Darkseid's invasion so he can kill Superman himself.
• Batman: Hush: Hush/Edward Nigma, who discovers Batman's identity and targets his loved ones.
• Wonder Woman: Bloodlines: Veronica Cale, the mastermind behind Villainy Inc. who plots to invade and loot Themyscira.
• Justice League Dark: Apokolips War: Darkseid, revealed to have been drawn to Earth by Flash's time travelling, uses Cyborg as an unwitting spy to thwart the Justice League's attempts to stop him, and with a new army of Parademons made using Doomsday's DNA, invades and conquers Earth; slaughtering most of the world's heroes in the process.
