• More Scheming. It makes the Hackers sound so much more menacing than what they might be. It's even more fitting when Mikado is revealed to be working with them.
• Nanashi and Misane, which plays in arguably the most emotional moment of the entire game.
• The ending theme, 1BitHeart, which happens to be sung by Minx.
