  • The ONA features a big selection of catchy tracks of varying genres — many of which are used as the Ending Theme of each episode. Standouts include "Purple My Ghost" by Drop's and "Body" by Lillies and Remains.
  • "Back in Black" by Boom Boom Satellites is used as the show's funky opening theme.
  • "Naraku Within" serves as both Ninja Slayer's Leitmotif and Theme Music Power-Up. The mixture of classical Japanese and electronic rock give it an adrenaline-pumping edge.
  • "Swan Song Sung by a Faded Crow" begins with a melancholic piano and whistle combo, then shifts to a more triumphant guitar riff around the halfway mark while keeping an overall sense of sorrow. This is Silver Karasu's theme, powerfully conveying his lonely, desperate quest for redemption as he earns it in the final hours of his life.
  • Laomoto Khan's presence is always accompanied by the dark, foreboding tune of "The Godfather of Soukaiya." It evokes that feeling of helplessness in the face of a nigh-unstoppable, oppressive force — just like the man himself.
  • "Todomeosase (Finish Him)" is one of the more kick-ass battle OSTs.
  • "The Girl Awakens" acts as Koki Yamoto's theme, an upbeat but rocking track that fits the young kunoichi's lingering optimism in spite of her daily struggles.
  • "Ninja Shall Perish" plays throughout Ninja Slayer's climatic battle with Laomoto Khan, and it's nothing short of EPIC.
