  • Just about all the execution music. Despite the blackeneds being brutally and oddly executed, one can't help but jam out to the beat in the background.
    • "Der Flohwalzer", Kaede's execution song, features both a chaotic arrangement of the Flea Waltz and an additional piano layer in the beginning.
    • "An Agony Thread" is more simplistic compared to the other execution songs in the game, but the mournful vocals at the end do a real good job to underscore Kirumi's tragedy.
    • "Immersion Picture Scroll" gives the execution theme a Traditional Japanese arrangement, fitting the folklore-loving Korekiyo.
    • "Bugs Panic", in a reverse of previous chapters, puts a western country-style spin on the usual execution theme with some tribal drums added in to suit Gonta's Wild Child origins.
    • "New Space Journey" features flatline-like sounds, symbolising Kaito's peaceful death from illness. The beat drop mid-way through helps make this theme stand out even more.
    • "Destruction Of...", the very final execution of the series (one might say, the execution of Danganronpa itself), features a sped-up remix of the punishment theme that gives off an elated, nearly triumphant feeling while the somber ending vocals almost sound like a requiem for all who died both in this killing game and all the previous ones.
  • "Danganronpa V3 (Opening)", the opening theme of the game, is a cool jazz that lives up to its "psycho-cool" atmosphere.
  • "Rise and Shine, Ursine!", the Monokubs' theme, and one of the catchiest tracks in the franchise. "ONE. TWO." Fans of the game also talk about how the "vocals" sound a LOT like Gundham and Ryoma's English VA.
  • "Beautiful Lie" is a beautifully smooth piano tune that is absolutely stunning and more fast paced than the "Beautiful Ruin" theme from the previous game.
  • "Becoming Friends", an upbeat track with a catchy synth lead that plays during Free Times.
  • "Living in a Lazy Parallel World", a track that plays when the students realize an unpleasant truth. It starts off strong with a mix of relaxing harpsichords and distorted electronic samples, then launches into the sinister main synth melody.
  • "V3 Discussion -BREAK-" the theme for the new Nonstop Debates, has a fast pace and industrial sound that absolutely screams action and suspense.
  • "V3 Discussion -PERJURY-" brings back the vocals from the original "Discussion -BREAK-" and meshes it with V3's beat and melody for a fantastic mixture between old and new. It's also your clue that this segment has a Back Route if you use your Lie Bullets well.
  • "V3 Discussion -PANIC-" adds a lot of noise to the usual "Discussion -BREAK-" to convey the chaos that ensues when multiple characters are talking over each other.
  • "Scrum Debate", the theme for one of the new debate modes, starts with a buildup that plays as the courtroom rearranges itself, then the beat drops right as the gameplay begins, creating an intense atmosphere for the heated face-off between two teams. Regrettably, the Scrum Debate minigame is short enough that you usually only hear half the track, as the second half of the track appears to be a looping point but plays the main melody with even more intensity.
  • "Cross Sword V3", the new theme for Rebuttal Showdowns. The flute used for the main melody makes it sound straight out of a samurai movie, befitting the katana aesthetic of the Truth Blades in this game.
  • The new "Climax Reasoning V3" theme is much more melancholy and mysterious while still incorporating what worked with the original, making for a very amazing theme all around.
  • "Climax Re-Enactment V3" is a dance remix of the Climax Re-Enactment theme... and it works way better than it has any right to.
  • "Psyche Taxi", an upbeat track that wouldn't sound out of place in a racing game.
  • "Heaven of Almost Hell", a sad track that's perfect for letting the despair flow through you.
  • "Spirit, Praise, and Beauty", a creepy, Indian-influenced track that plays on the fourth floor of the Academy. It also doubles as Korekiyo Shinguji's theme.
  • "DANVEGAS", a hard rock remix of the main theme that plays in the Casino.
  • The various "New T.A" tracks, during the Argument Armament segments. A tense verbal battle against an opponent refusing to acknowledge your opinions.
  • The final Argument Armament uses its own set of tracks: "FINAL A.A.", "HYPER FINAL A.A." and "HYPER ULTRA FINAL A.A." Keeping tradition with the other final battles in the series, they're remixes of "Discussion -HOPE vs DESPAIR-" and the last iteration turns the tempo to high heavens as the Final Boss shouts a cacophony of overlapping statements.
  • The game's investigation theme, "Despair Searching", as well as its powered up climax version, "Hope Searching", don't fail to get the player into the pumped to do the appropriate detective work, once again.
  • "Dan Kusari -break-" ("Decision Chain -break-"), by Megumi Ogata, the ending theme song of the original Japanese version.
  • All four "Hope of" tracks from the Ultimate Talent Development Plan. "Hope of Spring" gets you excited to begin your new year, "Hope of Summer" gets you pumped up to continue developing your character, "Hope of Autumn" calms you down a little, and "Hope of Winter" sets the mood as you look back on all you've accomplished.
  • "Heartless Joruney", a heart-breaking theme when a heart-breaking scene plays.
  • The intense, driving "Battle with Final Despair", the battle theme for the true final boss of the post-game Monokuma's Test Dungeon bonus mode.
  • "Everyone's Killing Graduation Ceremony", an emotional encouraging theme when Shuichi, Maki and Himiko end Danganronpa for good and venture out to the real world.
  • "Sing of a Hollow Truth" is a horrific hymn that mimics "Let us Sing of a Hollow Victory" from the second game. It conveys the gravity of some of the most grim revelations, especially when the ones in the final chapter utterly dehumanize the survivors and shatter their hope.
