• Haru's reaction to her junky Beat Kayak breaking down and stranding her in the middle of a herd of sleeping Humanform Weapons, each capable of wrecking most of a medium-sized city, was to spend a few moments panicking and desperately trying to restart her ride... before calming herself, getting it to work again through technopathic Percussive Maintenance, and then slamming on the turbo just as the Weapons woke up, riding off into the sunset whilst dodging their energy beams by a hair's breadth. Girl's got stones.
• Haru boldly standing up to a Xam'd Furuchi, whilst confessing she loves Akiyuki.
  • She doesn't stand up just because. She does it because Xam'd Furuchi was bad-mouthing Akiyuki as a "worthless child" and "a common little nobody". Naturally, she was following it up with a Shut Up, Hannibal!.
