- In a deleted ending scene
, Asha tries to pass off Valentino as Star, which doesn't work well until he calls for the animals of Rosas, who bow to him and put on such a spectacular light show that for a moment it looks like it might work. In response, Magnifico eats wishes and grows more feral and powerful until he's a snarling humanoid beast-man with Volcanic Veins, Power Echoes, and superhuman strength and magic.
Film
- When Magnifico comes to Asha's house and tries to take Star, Asha knocks down a shelf onto him so her family can escape.
- Bonus points for Star when it threw a ball of yarn at Magnifico when he attempted to hurt Asha and her family.
- "Knowing What I Know Now" is a Misfit Mobilization Moment for Asha and her friends. She makes it clear her decision to go after Magnifico, while highly treasonous, is her own and only wants those willing to join. All of them join in on the number. It's Personal for all of them.
- The Six Teens including Valentino and Star freeing the wishes in Magnifico's lair by pulling on the ropes while jumping from the balcony so the roof opens.
- Magnifico maniacally says there will be "No wishing on stars" ever again with no more hope, dreams, escapes, chances, tales or to be challenged. He taunted Asha that she is nothing. Asha, however, responds with "We are stars".
- Despite being restrained and knocked around by King Magnifico, Asha inspires the people of Rosas to make their wishes, which convinces her friends and everyone else to help her while overpowering Magnifico and his staff. All set to a very rousing Triumphant Reprise of "This Wish".
- After Magnifico is trapped in the Crystal from his staff, Amaya, finally having seen his true colors, puts him in his place.Magnifico: Hello! (knocks from inside the crystal) Hello? This is your King! (Amaya catches sight of him) Oh, Amaya! Thank goodness. Do you see what they've done to me?
Amaya: (playfully) Hmmm. Well, you do love mirrors.
Magnifico: That is not funny! Get me out of here at once!
Amaya: (Beat) …No.
Magnifico: …What? After everything I've done for you, for Rosas? This is the thanks I get?!
Amaya: (picks up the crystal) This… is the thanks you deserve. (hands the crystal to a guard) Hang it on the wall… in the dungeon.
Magnifico: (as he's being taken away) Please, no! The dungeon smells really bad! - The end credits show constellations of at least one character from (almost) every Disney Animated Canon film, even more deep-cut ones like Oliver & Company and Treasure Planet.
