  • Trans-Siberian Orchestra's stage has improved significantly since they began. Anyone who doesn't like the music will probably be more interested in the crazy light show that goes along with each performance. That's nothing to say about the pyrotechnics.
  • For the 2012 Winter Tour, TSO set up an entirely new stage after they chose to perform The Lost Christmas Eve this time around, eight years after its release. The stage was brilliant and well-received by many, especially after being so used to the stage for Christmas Eve and Other Stories.
  • During the Indianapolis matinee show on their 2012 Winter Tour, Chris Caffery was stuck on one of the lifts after it malfunctioned but they still continued on with the show...once they got him down.
  • Many say that just their concerts as a whole fall into this trope.
  • An example from The Lost Christmas Eve comes towards the end where it's revealed that not only had the old man's son survived, but he'd defied almost all the odds that the doctor's gave him when he was born (though, he'd still never learned to speak) and was living a relatively happy and fulfilling life working as a care provider for premature babies.
