Ryan does a Suicide Run against the Meta Gang. He nearly takes them all out by himself.
Book 2:
Due to a Corrupted Contingency, Ryan ends up in the worst possible situation: Captured by the Meta, who are aware of his powers and trying to find ways to actively screw him over in the future. It seems there's no way out... and then the rabbit plushie arrives to rescue him.
Rabbit:[standing among the mutilated bodies of the guards] We'll be together forever!
Ryan encounters Frank the Mad, the insane Italian Psycho who thinks he's an American special forces operative. Thinking quickly, Ryan orders him to arrest Psyshock for the murder of Adam. He "reveals" himself as a CIA agent, and with Sarin backing him up, plays into Frank's delusions enough to make him think Psyshock is a traitor. End result? Ryan ends up owning the Meta gang.
Ryan freeing the people trapped in Monaco. After spending five years researching particle physics so he could build a portal out, he then makes a last stand against the clowns to hold them off long enough for everyone to escape. While the clowns seem to be infinite, he eventually kills enough of them that the few survivors run away. And he gets his trademark hat from the last boss.
Book 3:
In the final loop, Ryan and all his friends speed-running everything that Ryan has been struggling with for the entire series. Special mention goes to:
Ryan throwing the A-bomb into Adam's Stomach of Holding, giving him more power than he can contain and destroying him from the inside out.
Livia saving Ryan from Fallout, and Ryan cutting Fallout's arms off.
Helena (Acid Rain) proving to be a hard counter to Mars, Shroud taking out Cancel and Pluto before they know he's there, and Mortimer instantly surrendering when he realizes he's facing Fortuna.
Ryan getting into a fist fight with Augustus. Once Augustus has realized the limits of Ryan's power, he always attacks from a distance, and almost kills him... until the plushie jumps out, opens a portal to the Purple World that Ryan rips open, depositing both of them under the watchful gaze of the Ultimate One. Augustus, who has spent most of the series (and this fight in particular) ranting about his godhood, is completely crushed by the uncaring power of a true god. He's not killed, but he's so emotionally destroyed that he doesn't even fight.
