• This goes for whenever Dong-eun trumps over Yeon-jin's posse with the following examples:
  • When confronted by Sa-ra for coming to the same church as her and how she claims that Dong-eun should pray to repent, Dong-eun calmly and snarkily prays, then tells her that God doesn't mind and is in fact pissed because Sa-ra will go to hell. When Sa-ra attacks her later? Dong-eun fights back easily and not only grabs Sa-ra's hair, but rips out a couple of chunks of it. Total satisfaction for those irritated by Sa-ra's total hypocrisy.
  • Dong-eun easily pulling Myeong-oh to her side and him supposedly dying off-screen rather unceremoniously considering how disgusting of a person he is, and how he wanted to live in luxury.
  • Dong-eun's whole confrontation with Hye-jeong. Before Dong-eun even talks to her, Hye-jeong is trying to appeal to her clearly rich mother-in-law. Mother-in-law is clearly uninterested in Hye-jeong and even chastises her. Then when Dong-eun appears, mother-in-law immediately brightens at seeing her (as they go to and pray in the same Buddhist temple) and greets her happily then laments why her son is marrying "a brat" like Hye-jeong instead of someone like Dong-eun. Hye-Jeong then tries to appeal to Dong-eun and begs her for forgiveness as she wants to get married into a rich family since she's resigned from her flight attendant job and will thus be left with nothing if the wedding is called off. Dong-eun, not believing Hye-jeong's pleas, grabs a piece of wood with a burning end, and aims it to her face to demonstrate that Hye-jeong was not at all genuine. Hye-jeong then breaks out of her meek persona and swears, proving Dong-eun that she was correct. Hye-jeong then gets roped into doing Dong-eun's side over blackmail.
  • Dong-eun's remark towards Jae-joon: "You wouldn't know what colourful means."
  • Jae-joon getting beaten up by Do-yeong in their confrontation outside the police station after he gloats that he's Ye-Sol's real father. For a violent thug who's always used his fists to literally beat others into submission and caused such intimidation, it's very satisfying to see him finally get his own medicine when someone else beats him back.
  • Mr Chu getting beaten up by Jae-joon is pretty satisfying as well considering how big of an asshole he was to Dong-eun at work and how creepy he was to Dong-eun before. Jae-joon also getting assault charges from this is a double dose of satisfaction.
  • The whole procession when Yeon-jin sees the shaman and her sanity detriorating when it looks like the head shaman is being possessed by the spirit of So-hee. A previous victim of Yeon-jin who she ended up killing.
  • Hyeon-nam slapping Yeon-jin not once but twice and telling her off for using her daughter to threaten her. Additionally, not only was Do-young watching all of that but he also finally breaks it off with her. An article about their divorce also releases online, putting Yeon-jin's reputation further down the drain. To top it off, her young daughter also knows about her crimes and effectively disowns her.

  Yeon-jin: (talking about her crimes) Prove it, then. Do you have some proof?
  Dong-eun: (Beat) You have no idea.
