This page is mostly a roundabout way of saying, "Just about everything Jesus does."

Season One

  • The exorcism of Mary Magdalene. She thinks that some stranger won't leave her alone, then the next thing she knows, He's calling her by her real name and quoting the scripture her father taught her that she's used as her Madness Mantra to try to keep the demon at bay.
  • Jesus resolving Simon's debt to Rome by summoning an unheard-of catch of fish, and Simon's immediate submission to Jesus and willingness to follow Him.
  • Jesus turning water into wine at the marriage in Cana.
  • The healing of a leper on the road to Capernaum and the paralytic in Zebedee's house, and Jesus's complete disregard for Shmuel's offense at the whole thing.
  • Nicodemus's encounter with Jesus, where he becomes convinced of who He is.
  • Jesus healing Dasha, Eden's mother.
  • Jesus's meeting with Photina at Jacob's well, where He reveals to her that He knows all about her and that He is the Messiah.

Season Two

  • Jesus revealing who He is to Nathaniel, telling him all about his past despite meeting him for the first time in person.
  • Jesus healing hundreds of people in "Matthew 4:24."
    • The Oner lasting fifteen minutes at the start of the episode is a moment of awesome for the series.
  • Jesus healing Jesse at the Pool of Bethesda.
  • The montage showing Simon the Zealot's rigorous training, and his willingness to immediately abandon his mission when he sees Jesse walking.
  • After the possessed Caleb nearly kills Zee, Jesus dashes up shouting "Out! Out of him!" Caleb is immediately exorcised.
  • The shot that passes over the audience of thousands that have gathered for the Sermon on the Mount.

Season Three

  • Joanna convinces the prison guard not to reveal that she or Andrew were there, telling him that it would be embarrassing for her, but devastating for him and his family.
  • Jesus explaining to Little James why He will not heal him yet, and Little James'es faith in accepting this.
  • Atticus, despite appearing significantly less fit than Zee, manages to get the drop on him on a rooftop while the latter was fleeing a pursuer.
  • Jesus confidently proclaims His role as the Messiah in front of a crowd at the synagogue. When He is taken to be executed for blasphemy, He stuns his would-be executioners with a few words and walks among them and away.
  • The apostles going out and performing miracles in Jesus's name.
  • Jesus raising Jairus's daughter from the dead, and healing Veronica along the way.
  • Jesus feeding the 5,000.
  • Shmuel is so taken aback with what he witnesses that when he finally comes face-to-face with Jesus again, his original intent has completely fallen apart, and instead he meekly accepts an invitation to come and pray with Him.
  • Everything about the walking on the water scene, especially how that scene was used to simultaneously portray this event in scripture and provide a satisfying resolution to the Simon/Eden arc that had been brewing most of the season.
    • Dallas Jenkins originally had no intention of filming the walking on the water scene, because he was aware of how pivotal visual and special effects would be to its execution, and how difficult it would be to make it convincing on their budget. He felt that if they couldn't make it look excellent, then it would be better to not film it at all. Eventually, he was convinced not only that they could make it look good, but that the scene was vital to the narrative. (It was also pointed out that "walk on the water" is the most frequently repeated phrase in the lyrics to the title theme, so it would seem strange to not actually show that event!) In the end, it looks fantastic.
