Although mostly funny, the duo can pull of some incredible feats in their videos.
- During Moonbase Alpha, they had wasted so much time that they barely had enough time to restore the oxygen generators until they got the rate up high enough that it would be restored in the amount of time they had left. Barley's robot ran out of power and JUST when it seemed like the base would go down. They restore 100% oxygen with 00:00 left on the time.
- Part 2 of Ghoul's World, a mod for DOOM. Misty, a ghoul mostly comprised of mist. It gets trapped in a secluded secret room where the two died by it, to which they both go and kill it from outside through the windows.
- Also in part 2 of Ghoul's World, when they reach the second level Underhell, Barley leaves for a bit and lets Spike fight Soul Harvester by himself. In a surprising turn of events, Spike suddenly toughens up and actively pursues the ghoul, he kills it in the end. This comment from the video sums it up pretty well:
Retro Austin: "Spike ran from the long haired ghoul and then 5 minutes later he was running after him... Man, talk about adrenaline."
