• The Season 2 smoothie treatment is one for Number 9, as he endured 20 rounds of increasingly disgusting smoothies and even did one extra to get back at Number 7.
• The flesh pin treatment in 3.0, where all of the contestants were complaining about how badly the flesh pins (basically clothes pins) hurt when they were pinned to their bodies. 295 pound number 9 is in no visible pain at all. Even when he had to pin them to his face later, he was in no visible pain. In episode 4, when he was given a penalty to pin another 10 to his fingers (where the others said it hurt the most), he seemed to be in no pain.
• Season 3's scent treatment ended with no one quitting at first, so the guests were forced to drink the vile-smelling liquids.
• The rope treatment in Season 3 went into Sudden Death, with the winner being only 55 seconds ahead of the loser.
• Season 4's slap unhappy treatment ended with only one guest quitting.
• Number 3 in Season 4 becoming the first female Solitary winner.
