They did it with no practice and it still turned out great

  • As of 2021, the music video for "Never Gonna Give You Up" has reached 1 billion views on YouTube, ensuring the meme lives on and that the Internet is never gonna give it up!
  • While it is for an ad for InsurAAAnce, we finally got a 2022 version of "Never Gonna Give You Up".
  • He opened the Pyramid Stage of the 2023 Glastonbury Festival and even played an entire cover set of The Smiths songs to equally glowing reviews of both sets. (Morrissey himself approved of the cover set when it was done two years earlier.) note
