Spoilers Off applies to all moments pages, so beware of unmarked spoilers.

  • After seeing what Rivet can do, how does the game start for our main duo? Well, Ratchet is worried that their reputation as heroes has sunk given the fact that they haven’t really done anything too heroic in a long time. The doors open and what are we greeted with? An enormous parade celebrating their anniversary as heroes! Each float they navigate marks one of their previous adventures all while a massive crowd cheers our duo on!
  • While fleeing the Fixer, Rivet and Clank are caught mid-air by the giant robot and he tries to crush them in his hand. Rivet is able to push back barehanded. It is clearly straining but damn the girl's got strength.
  • Captain Quantum giving the hero game a shot by tossing Ratchet and Clank out of the range of a rift before they all get pulled in.
  • A personal one for Dr. Nefarious, when Emperor Nefarious is complaining about how his seeming ultimate victory just feels empty, Doc points out that because the Emperor has always equated happiness with success, absolute victory robs his counterpart's life of any future happiness or meaning. This marks the first time Emp's becoming truly angry in the game, showing that Doc's statement hit home, and showcasing growth for his character.
    • In a scene during the credits, it shows Doc standing outside of Emp's empty office, representing the power vacuum left behind with the defeat of the tyrant. However, instead of stepping in and trying to conquer Rivet's dimension, one that is indicated to be far easier to conquer, Dr. Nefarious turns out the lights and walks away. He's learned from his experiences here and has come to realize that happiness should not be equated with success, since whether you attain it or not, it doesn't end well. He instead returns home to spend time with Lawrence and his family, including their newborn child, having realized that there are other things that can make him happy.
  • The whole final battle against Emperor Nefarious is awesome by itself.
    • There is a special mention of how Ratchet and Clank bring down the Emperious' giant identical robot the tyrant brought for the purpose of destroying heroes like Ratchet and Clank.
    • To make it better, it involves the Pirates, Resistance forces, Dimension Monks, soldiers of your home dimension, and even the former enemy Goons-4-Less joining you to take him down. Dr. Nefarious wasn’t kidding that it’s not because of his current self but the alliance of the entire dimension working together that makes his world impossible to conquer.
Dr. Nefarious: “See? THIS is why this dimension is so hard to take over! It’s not because of ME!”
    • Perhaps the greatest part of the entire finale? The heroes dominate Emperor Nefarious so thoroughly that his army, formed from a galaxy-wide empire, RUNS OUT OF TROOPS.
    • Dr. Nefarious being the one to send his counterpart to his death with some very satisfying choice words.
