Awesome / Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Victory Fire

• When Victini attempts to turn Mewtwo into a Shadow Pokemon, Mewtwo isn't even bothered or thrown off his game. Instead, we get an awesome sequence of him giving Victini an epic speech about just how much he knows of how evil humans can be given his origins, and about how he mastered his inner darkness, topping it off with purifying himself, which has up until now always required outside assistance. Victini doesn't take it well.
• Wes riding in on FREAKING ZEKROM, handing off the intelligence, and vanishing is one hell of a One-Scene Wonder.
• Mewtwo's Mega Evolution owned Victini completely during their battle. It is hinted he might not be in control of himself, though.
• Gengar's Focus Blast. It's first shown destroying a tree, then it managed to cause an avalanche while escaping Team AWD, and it managed to hit Darkrai hard enough to snap him out of his Unstoppable Rage. Shame about mortally wounding him, though. (He gets better.)
• Climbing Destiny Tower. The whole gang goes through a series of battles against gradually-increasing numbers of animate statues of Legendary Pokémon. It eventually culminates in a giant melee against statues of Ho-Oh, Lugia, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Darkrai, Cresselia, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Xerneas, Yveltal, Solgaleo, and Lunala, all at once. Mewtwo takes several of them out by Mega Evolving himself, then the rest of the team manages to work together to finish the rest off, including an assist from Darkrai going full Shadow Pokémon mode.
• In a realm where all powers are now moot, Victini is still after Jen and threatens to kill her. How does Jen respond?
  Jen: You're not flying or making fire... You can't, can you? Just like Mewtwo... you don't have any powers here.
  Victini: Won't need 'em for you.
  Jen: (Beat) *Gets into a fighting stance.* Come and try, then.
• Darkrai delivers a scathing "The Reason You Suck" Speech to Lovrina:
  Lovrina: pff It wasn't torture—
  Darkrai: It was torture. You caged me. Beat me. Poisoned me. Burned your mark into my flesh. Are these things not torture? Yet I was lucky compared to my sibling, who you drove to her death. Even so, I don't hate you anymore, Miss Lovrina. I am sorry for you. Because the day will come when you can no longer lie to yourself about what you've done. And on that day, all my nightmares will pale before the ones you've been crafting for yourself. So sleep well, my lady... while you still can.
