• The Pokemon themed boat race at the beginning that Misty wins was pretty cool.
• When Misty and Brock's Pokemon rescue Ash, Pikachu, and Latias from the Zombie Kabutops, and before that where Latias is towing Ash on one of the racing pods from the beginning of the movie with Aerodactyl hot on their heels.
• Latios and Latias, in the climax, destroy the wave that is attempting to destroy Alto Mare with a combined Luster Purge and Mist Ball, and it is ridiculously awesome. For Latios, this is also a Dying Moment of Awesome: with his wounds, it's pretty clear he knew how it was going to end. He even dies with a smile.
• Just about any-time Annie and Oakley get to show off their gadgets and Le Parkour, particularly their opening robbery.
