- Her New 52 origin story ends with her going to visit her dad (who killed her mom and buried her in the garden) in prison. What does she do? Kisses him and leaves. We all know what her kiss can do.
- After taking over Robinson Park, she turns it from a poor man's yard for homeless drunks, druggies, and sex workers, to a beautiful and flourishing forest. Showing a human side, she takes in orphans from the earthquake to live in peace with her. After a year goes by, Gotham wants their park back and threatens to spray the park with RM43, a military grade herbicide, which will kill both her and the park. She recognizes that, whether she released Robinson Park or not, it's going to die – be it by it going slowly and returning to the form it was before, or quickly with the herbicide. She lets the children go free, but sacrifices herself for the park."Some things are worth dying for, Batman."
- Ultimately, due to something that happened with one of the orphans, she walks away.
- The Reveal in Batman: Hush that she has Superman under her control, followed by her siccing him into fighting Batman.
- In "Cycle of Life and Death", she kills a woman for abusing her dogs."I hate abusers."
