• Sarah Storey becoming Britain's most successful Paralympian when she won her seventeenth gold medal in Tokyo 2020. She started out as a swimmer in Barcelona 1992, and went on to win five gold medal, eight silvers and three bronzes until Sydney 2000. However persistent ear infections meant she had to give up the pool, so she changed sports to cycling in Beijing 2008, where she has since won twelve gold medals, and has never lost a Paralympic bike race.
