Chapter 1

• Sakura still has her monster strength. In fact, she's so powerful one punch is enough to shatter the ground under her house, causing it to collapse. Doubles as a funny moment.

Chapter 2

• Sasuke defeats an unknown and presumably very powerful enemy with a swing of his sword, a kick and Chidori streamed through the assailant's sickle-chain. From his reaction, the mysterious boy didn't expect to be curb-stomped like that.
• Naruto receives a message from Sasuke about the mysterious boy bearing the Sharingan and doesn't waste any time putting a plan in motion. He calls Kakashi to discuss the situation, contacts Yamato to be on standby, puts Shikamaru in charge of the Leaf, leaves a clone behind just in case and heads out to meet up with Sasuke and deal with this threat before it escalates. Our little Naruto is all grown up and taking care of business!

Chapter 3

• Sarada and Chocho display some excellent teamwork and give Shin Uchiha some trouble, before he trips them up using the chain of his weapon, creating an opening to attack Chocho. Naruto arrives just in time to save her.
  • It should be pointed out that Naruto grabbed Chocho and carried her next to Sarada without using the speed boost of his Super Modes. He's that fast on his own now.

Chapter 4

• Naruto and Kurama swat away Shin's attacks like they were nothing.
• Sarada activating her Sharingan for the first time. Not only that, she is the first Uchiha we know to activate the Sharingan through a POSITIVE emotion.

Chapter 5

• Sarada calling out Sasuke on his parenting, or rather, the fact that he never acted like a parent to her. And she doesn't pull any punches, either: she says exactly what's on her mind, venting out years of frustration.
• Naruto repelling a rain of swords on him and Sarada, making it look effortless.

Chapter 6

• Naruto and Sasuke moping the floor with Shin Uchiha Sr and Shin Jr, even though, as Kurama notes, Naruto's battle skills have gotten rusty due to the long peace. At least, they do until Shin Sr starts playing dirty.
  • Not to mention that Naruto and Sasuke were fighting with two handicaps: they were trying to capture the assailants to interrogate them and they also had to protect the girls during the battle.
• Sakura arrives in full Molly Weasley mode and flattens Shin Sr. with a single punch. Then she asks who these guys are.
• Naruto's healing powers have reached a point where he's able to treat a sword though the gut like a paper cut.
  • Doubles as a funny moment when he acts hurt in order to gain some sympathy after being ignored but Kurama ain't having none of his whining.

Chapter 7

• Sasuke, Naruto, Sarada and Chocho just walk into Orochimaru's hideout. Then, Sasuke tops it off by demanding answers from Orochimaru, all the while implying that if his former mentor doesn't comply, Sasuke is going to make him talk.

Chapter 8

• Naruto displaying a remarkable amount of self-control by declaring that he and Sasuke are going to have a "talk" after they rescue Sakura. Shows just how much the Hot-Blooded kid has grown into a reliable leader.
• Sasuke activating his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan - Tomoe Rinnegan and summoning Susano'o now that his eye powers have finally recovered.

Chapter 9

• The Susano'o flying through the sky is pure, undiluted awesomeness.
• Sakura is putting up a fight agaisnt Shin Sr, but he disrupts her balance by smashing her through a rock pillar. Just as things look bad for Sakura, an arrow from Susano'o flies past her and destroys Shin's bladed right arm. Then, Sasuke grabs him with the Susano'o and smashes every bone in his body.
• The Shin clones finally standing up to their father, using his own "Survival of the Fittest" logic to justify their actions. Then, they reveal that the seven of them^note six alive and the seventh who was killed for a replacement liver have made a whole army of clones behind their father's back.
• Naruto doesn't even bother using any fancy ninjutsu or Super Modes to fight them: just a plain old Multi-Shadow Clone jutsu and taijutsu. It's more than enough to take the kids down.
• Sasuke sucker Susano'o-punching the humongous Shin is both awesome and hilarious.
• Sarada takes down the weird teleporter pet with one blow. Then, she activates her Sharingan, jumps right into the middle of the second Shin Jr army and punches a huge crater on the ground.

Chapter 10

• Naruto cracks a sword with his bare hand! And right after that, Kurama manages to get the Shin clone army to surrender though sheer terror. Naruto actually had to tell Kurama to calm down.
  • In a series full of tykebombs, Naruto successfully defuses an entire army of them. All at once. And he wasn't even fighting seriously: that was just his warning glare.
  • At first it seems like Naruto is telling the Shin junior to calm down, then we see what Shin is seeing...
• After her adventure with Naruto, Sarada decides she wants to follow his example and declares she will become the next Hokage! A huge development from someone who couldn't give a flip about being a ninja before.
