Awesome / Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz

• Heero's "No More Holding Back" Speech in Endless Waltz is pretty important character-wise, but it intersects with the CMoA when, late in the movie, we see that it worked, and on Chang Wu Fei of all people.
  • Also qualifies as a Tear Jerker, since it features his genuine guilt upon having killed the girl and her dog. "How many times...? How many times will I have to kill that little girl and her dog again?
• The beginning of Heero's plan to escape from L3 X-18999:
  "I want you to hit me as hard as you can."
• Both Heero and Relena got their moments near the end of the film, to wit:
  • Relena slaps Mariemaia Kushrenada, verbally slaps her around some more and then delivers a Rousing Speech broadcasted worldwide where she encourages people to peacefully resist to the Bartons.
  • Heero pulled off some pretty impressive stuff in the show, but the one that definitely takes the cake is his entrance into the final battle. He asks the little girl Big Bad - (actually The Dragon) - if her shelter is secure.
    Heero: Let me confirm: your shelter is secure?
    Dekim: What?!
    Heero: I'm asking if your shelter is shielded.
    Mariemaia: Of course! See for yourself just how powerless you are!
    Heero: Roger that.
  • He proceeds to repeatedly fire his Twin Buster Rifle into the bunker until the topside bulkheads break, knowing that the hostage he's trying to rescue is in the area the Big Bad just confirmed to be secure. What makes it even more awesome is that the powerful repeated shockwaves of the Rifle are literally shaking his Gundam to pieces around him at the time. And not just any Gundam but the Wing Zero: not even the supposedly ultimate mobile suit of the After Colony verse can pull that off without exploding during the final shot ^note (keep in mind though, that Heero ''also'' dueled Wufei prior to arriving at Brussels in which he basically threw the fight and in which Zero took a lot of damage; its subsequent plunge into the ocean didn't help matters either), basically ending the war with three blasts in a glorious Heroic Sacrifice on the suit's part. Heero, on the other hand, continues the fine tradition of After Colony Gundam pilots failing to die on suicide missions by surviving being inside an exploding Mobile Suit hundreds of meters in the air.
  • Made even better by the Zero reactivating itself underwater right before that, indicating that the Zero wanted to die in battle.
• Rich Bitch Dorothy Catalonia shows how much she's grown in the past year by going to the streets and using precision jibes to make the complacent civilians realize exactly what Relena was trying to tell them.
  Civilian: Hey lady, you're talking to the man who shot down five mobile dolls in the last war!
  Dorothy: "Man"? The only men I know are either dead and buried, or the ones fighting out there! (points at a giant TV which shows the Gundams in combat)
• The entire final battle, wherein Zechs, Noin, Trowa, Duo, and Quatre mop the floor with the Serpent suits without killing a single enemy pilot. Highlights include:
  • Heero's actions mentioned above.
  • Quatre's Big Damn Heroes moment when he beheads 2 Serpent suits that are attacking Zechs and Noin.
  • Trowa unleashing every missile the Heavyarms Custom is carrying, and not causing a single fatality. Especially impressive when compared to the others, who at least have melee weapons and/or semi-automatic weapons for their suits. Gatling guns and explosives aren't exactly known for being precision instruments.
  • Zechs using his whip to drag a Serpent suit down a street.
    • The real notable thing is how he is. He knows what'll happen if Mariemaia comes to power, and he is not happy one bit.
  • One of the Serpent pilots manages to shatter Quatre's blade, something that didn't happen in the entire series.
  • Also remember one thing: this is the heroes intentionally trying not to kill anyone. In other words, as badass as they are throughout this, they were holding back! And they even mention that had they not been trying to keep the other side's pilots alive, they would have mopped the floor with the entire army in under an hour, despite being outnumbered by a factor of more than fifty to one.
  • While Noin's suit is heavily customized, it is still just an out-dated mass production model. Despite that, she is more than capable of keeping up with the Gundams and the final Tallgeese model.
• The moment he gets words that Operation Meteor had been derailed, Zechs doesn't hesitate to destroy MO 3, which it thousands of times bigger than his suit, with a single shot from his buster cannon.
