- From her monster truck career: She won the 2004 co-championship in the Freestyle Division in the first-ever three-way-tie at the Monster Jam World Finals. The following year, she won the Racing Championship.
- Her 1996 catfight with Sherri, an oasis in the desert that was WCW women's wrestling. Sherri leg drops Madusa right in the twat and marches over her in Queenly fashion; Madusa works in some Muay Thai knee strikes, then ground and pounds her in a manner that would make even Brock Lesnar cringe. The real joke is the company saved its booking for a 2-minute street brawl.
- Her three reigns as WWF women's champion; her number of days as champ is third most, behind Mullah (who literally owned the title for much of her time as champion) and Trish Stratus, whose (no knock on her) 6th reign the title was for a variety of circumstances beyond her control basically deactivated for much of it. Madusa was out there night in and night out defending the belt until she was let go while still champion.
- The entirety of her WWE Hall of Fame speech. It finally put the long-running "Trash Can" debacle to bed for good, and her feisty defiant speech had the crowd in the palm of her hand.
