Awesome / Freaky Friday (2003)

• Tess-In-Anna delivering a scathing "The Reason You Suck" Speech to Anna's cruel teacher.
  • All topped off when she says "She had a boyfriend, and you were weird." Especially when you consider the implication that perhaps the boyfriend in question was Tess's late husband.
  • Extra impressive when you realize she threatened said teacher with a call to his superiors. The man believes he was threatened with a call to the ethics board, by a teenager. Instead of writing it off, Tess threatened him so badly that he's apparently taking it to heart.
• Although vindictive and immature on her part, it's something close to Laser-Guided Karma that Tess (inside Anna's body) sabotages Stacy's test (for earlier framing Tess of cheating off her). It shows that she's finally come to accept that her daughter was right about Stacy no longer being the same girl who was friends with Anna.
  • It's taken further in a deleted scene where Tess (in Anna's body) punches Stacy square in the nose.
• Anna-in-Tess playing the guitar solo backstage during the Wango Tango contest because Tess-in-Anna's body doesn't know how and is panicking. Even better, Jamie Lee Curtis learned how to do the solo for real so it'd look right on camera!
  • Afterwards, the emcee tells the band that they’ve made the cut.
• Awesome Music: "Ultimate", performed by Anna and her band against the end credits, during Tess' wedding reception.
