Character-defining moments in Farzar, where one does something cathartic or upstanding.

In a show that deals with so much oppression and abuse, it's satisfying to watch victims stand up to their abusers and tell them off for their wrongdoings or even fight back. However, most of these are Evil vs. Evil moments, so the victimized character is usually just as bad at his/her oppressor, making it kind of difficult to decide who you wanna root for in the show.

On the topic of characters being evil, Farzar has also seen plenty of moments where had a rare moment of kindness and done something heroic for once. This ranges from the morally unethical anti-heroes from the main cast, leaning more into the "hero" side of their personas, or even from straight-up villain characters having an epiphany and, for even just a brief moment, doing the right thing.

Season 1

Welcome to Farzar

  • Fichael starts to shows some balls against Renzo for once and tells him that he and his S.H.A.T. Squad are going to venture out into the alien slums to find and destroy Bazarack, against his wishes.
  • Scootie shows that he can be useful in a fight when he saves the rest of the S.H.A.T. Squad by killing the aliens that were surrounding them.
  • After hearing about how Renzo had stolen Bazarack's land and destroyed his culture, Fichael makes the decision to go back to Dome City and convince his father to change his ways and help give back what he took from Bazarack and his people. He starts by decapitating Bazarack and presenting Renzo with his severed head.

Robot Revolution

  • Scootie leads the robots of Dome City to stand up to their oppressors and eliminate the systematic racism in their society. This all kind of falls apart when Scootie realizes he's no longer being oppressed by the system and throws all his former allies under the bus as soon as he finds out he can save his own ass.

Save the Reaper Demons

  • Bazarack helps his driving instructor get revenge on Trondo, the guy who's been sleeping with his wife, by traveling back in time to the day Trondo was born and killing him as a baby.
  • Fichael once again goes against Renzo's wishes and shows mercy for Reapy the Reaper Demon and decides to blow a hole in the wall for Reapy to escape through, instead of killing him. Luckily for Fichael, Renzo was none the wiser and the only person who knew about this was Scootie, who kept it a secret.

St. Pudchugger's Day

  • With motivation from Scootie, Fichael finally works up the courage to ask Val out on a date and she accepts. The two soon go on a few dates and eventually become boyfriend and girlfriend.
  • The resurrected heads of all the criminals who had been decapitated by Renzo all team up to get revenge on him. Renzo actually accepts his fate and goes along with it, knowing that if he survives, he's gunna have to have sex with Flammy.
  • Zobo goes to Dome City to warn Fichael about how Bazarack had Billy captured in his kill cube and takes him down to the alien slums so that they can save them.

The Adventures of Daddy O'Baggins

  • Zobo talks back to Renzo a few times, proving that unlike the rest of the Dome City citizens, Zobo isn't gunna be taking any of Renzo's shit. Zobo is allowed to do this because he holds a degree of power over him in this episode, being the only one capable of helping him infiltrate the city undetected and get an illegal abortion.

Flammily Reunion

  • In a rare moment of righteousness, Bazarack sees how he broke Kiki's heart after lying to her about Harold cheating on her with his twin brother and realizes that hurting Kiki like that wasn't worth it just to get his website back. He goes over to her and tells her the truth and encourages her to get back together with the man of her dreams and marry him. Ultimately, this actually works out for Bazarack, as Harold murdered Kiki and all the other Golden Girls, which basically meant that Bazarack could take over their website for himself.
  • Flammy saves Renzo from being murdered by her family, by tricking them all into drinking poisoned breast milk and exploding to death. This rare moment of badassery from Flammy actually turns Renzo on and makes him feel sexually attracted to her for once. Flammy gets rewarded for her greatness by having some well-deserved sex with Renzo that night.
  • Fichael also gets laid by Val at the end of this episode, helping both parties to lose their virginities. Fichael's glorious moment of sex is kind of undermined by the fact that he had just gone through a measure of hard-core masturbation shortly beforehand, causing his already chaffed-raw dick to suffer a little more as he painfully climaxes into her body.
  • Barry uses his shrink ray to shrink Galaxia down to the size of a normal human so that she'll stop eating planets and killing trillions of innocent species. However, this comes at the cost of Galaxia breaking up with him, since as a normal-sized girl, she can now have whoever she wants and can certainly do better than a sorry old git like Barry.

Baz, Bangs, & Brains

  • All of Bazarack's minions (except Clitaurus) decide that they're all sick of his shit and leave him to instead work for the much more competent Keeno Bampfrador.
  • Later on, Clitaurus comes to his senses and leaves Bazarack as well, after hearing about how he was responsible for the nuclear bomb that was dropped on his house that permanently disfigured his children. Sadly, this all happens offscreen so we don't get to see it happen. We do, however, get to see the aftermath and watch Bazarack bawling his eyes out in his candy castle, after his last ally betrays him.

The Great and Powerful Ozner

  • Renzo gets back at Ozner for all the plagues he'd been inflicting on the people of Dome City by shanking him in the throat and killing him. Granted, this all happened just as Ozner had a change of heart and was about to use his powers for good and cure cancer but ... Renzo didn't know that, in his defense.

Memory Wars

  • Fichael learns about how Renzo had been implanting fake memories in his head with a memory gun, ever since he was a baby and gets revenge on him by using his own memory gun in reverse to unlock repressed memories from Renzo's head that he was trying to forget.
  • Scootie discovers that Barry had sold all of his old human parts to random people across Farzar. When Barry refuses to return them, Scootie breaks into his mother's shower and threatens to drown her unless Barry gives in and helps Scootie reassemble his former person.
  • Clitaurus takes a bullet for Bazarack and sacrifices his own life just to give Bazarack the motivation he needs to go to war with Dome City and finally reclaim their stolen land.

War and Peace

  • Bazarack follows through with his promise to Clitaurus from the previous episode and summons all of the leaders of the alien clans to band together and go to war with Dome City, finally taking Renzo down once and for all.
  • Val especially goes through a swinging character development, when she finally snaps and breaks free from this whole "nice girl" attitude. Val takes control over her whole body and has Mal gagged and bound, no longer letting her sister boss her around and force her to do things she doesn't want to do anymore. More importantly, Val also breaks up with Fichael and dumps him in the worst way possible, calling him out for all the weird, creepy, selfish, and misogynistic shit he did to her, while they were together.
  • Fichael finally comes full-circle with his plans to stop Renzo's reign of terror, when he breaks out of prison and hijacks a mecha-robot, which he uses to battle Renzo in his mecha-robot and finally destroy him. In the end, Fichael used the rainbow powers of Zobo to blow up Renzo's robot and presumably kill him also. In the process, he also destroys the energy shield around Dome City, granting Bazarack full access to the city once and for all, helping him to finally complete his mission of taking over and reclaiming his title as the ruler of Farzar.
