As mundane as it may seem, for many English fans, finally being able to hear Goku's surname in the dub certainly qualifies as a CMOA, especially given the context. And for bonus points, Sean Schemmel was the one who lobbied for it to happen in the first place.

In the Junior matches of the 25th Tournament, Bulma gives the snobby parent verbal taunting like she's reverted back to her sixteen-year-old self. But when the snobby parent finally loses it after Goten knocks her second son out, it's Chi-Chi who punches her out and says "Looks like I still got it, huh?". It's an awesome Call-Back to when she made it to the final rounds of the 23rd Tournament way back in the original Dragon Ball.
Just after his SSJ3 fight against Majin Buu, Goku gives this parting line to Babidi:
Oh, and by the way, Babidi? When you get to Hell - which believe me is gonna be sooner than you think - King Yemma will make you suffer.
