- Killing Skeith, especially if you watched .hack//Sign prior to this and saw just how unstoppable he was from the start. It helps that he serves as the (very difficult) Final Boss of Volume 1.
- Kite's final charge against the Morganna/Corbenik hybrid
counts. Corbenik just unleashed Drain Heart, and all of the .hackers have been K.O.'d, and it looks like it's the end. Right when Kite himself is about to get drained, and Morgana's about to win, Kite decides to bum-rush the Eighth Phase, dodging every single beam until he's close enough to deliver the final blow. It's moments like these that remind why he's Legendary in the Sequel during entries set canonically in the future.
