The double suicide dive they performed to twelve other Divas at WrestleMania 30. Even though the crowd were in shock over The Undertaker's loss, it still got a good reaction.
The promo they cut with A.J. Lee and Paige the SmackDown before their WrestleMania tag match, showcasing how their mic skills have improved. The most awesome part came at the end, where, snapping under AJ and Paige'sReal Women Don't Wear Dresses propaganda, Nikki got in a wonderful parting shot:
Nikki: "Real women," right? See you bitches at Wrestlemania.
The Bella Twins have never been popular with Internet smarks, but they earned a lot of begrudging respect in 2015-16. Nikki earned hers with a huge improvement in wrestling skill, adapting a brutal hoss style that was fairly unique among WWE women (but unfortunately led to a career-threatening neck injury). Meanwhile, Brie played up her real-life marriage to Daniel Bryan, using his signature moves as a tribute and becoming a much more likable babyface in the process. The twins got their crowning moment at WrestleMania 32, when Brie got the win for her team with Bryan's Yes Lock submission. Nikki came down to the ring afterwards in a neck brace, celebrating her sister's retirement match victory.
Their match against each other at Hell in a Cell 2014 was arguably the best-wrestled one of either twin's careers. Even fans who really don't care for the Bellas (or the Divas in general) had to admit that the twins put on a match that was much better than they would've expected. bleacherreport, a site that is not exactly high on the Bellas, even graded it higher than the Divas Championship match involving smark-favorites A.J. Lee and Paige, with an A- versus a B+.
Brie:
Payback 2014: Brie got an awesome moment when Stephanie McMahon offered a Sadistic Choice to Brie's husband Daniel Bryan: either forfeit the WWE World Heavyweight championship or have Brie fired from the company. Brie instead took a third option and denied Stephanie the satisfaction of firing her by telling her she quits instead, before giving Stephanie a slap to the face, a nice bit of poetic justice for fifteen years of Stephanie doing the same thing to so many people. What solidified the awesome status was the fact that Stephanie was so stunned, she ran out of the arena without saying a word—and with a noticeable dark streak running down the back of her dress. That's right, Brie Bella literally slapped the piss out of STEPHANIE MCMAHON.
During a singles match between Nikki and A.J. Lee on March 16, 2015, Brie reacts to Paige A.) taunting her about her sister getting overpowered by AJ and B.) calling her an idiot by shoving her around and slamming her facefirst into a ring-post, which got one of the biggest reactions from the audience and commentary of the match. As the camera refocuses on the match, Brie can be seen stalking over to Paige — who is rolling on the floor in pain — evidently to make sure Paige won't be mouthing off to her for the rest of the match.
SummerSlam 2014 - Brie is on the verge of beating Stephanie McMahon, and Triple H runs down to the ring to interfere. Brie knocks him down with a baseball slide and stands over his unconscious body to lead a "Yes!" chant.
Previously at SummerSlam 2013, Brie had her first high profile singles match in two years. Widely expected to be forgettable, she controlled half the match, demonstrating a lot more ring savvy than she was normally known for. Although Natalya beat her, it's definitely the start of Brie taking a level in badass.
Brie in her official retirement match wins a 10-Diva tag by countering Naomi's Slay-o-mission into a Yes Lock as a tribute to her husband.
Nikki:
Nikki dominatingAlicia Fox in their match on Superstars 6/19/2014 was certainly awesome. note Well, up until Alicia threw a temper tantrum over losing and kind of spoiled the moment, anyway. Nikki started off with an aggressive mood right off the bat that had the crowd popping for her for most of the match; when she finished Alicia off with a backbreaker and won, the crowd gave her the loudest cheer of the match.
Nikki's title match with Paige at Money in the Bank 2015, which featured a good number of impressive bumps and went just over ten minutes in what has been thus far the best (main roster) Divas's PPV match of the year.
Nikki Jossing a rather sexist rumour that Colt Cabana had started about them in a 2012 interview. The rumour was that she and Brie had threatened to quit if Vince didn't put them on the road immediately. Nikki pointed out that Vince McMahon was unlikely to let two unknown women threaten him like that. She also remained classy as ever when addressing the rumour - "I'm actually a big fan of Colt Cabana. I think he's hysterical and a great wrestler, so I was really disappointed when I heard that."
Nikki's return at SummerSlam 2016 following her neck surgery. She received a wave of cheers despite the fact that A) She returned as a heel and B) The crowd was full of smarks and they typically aren't fond of her in the slightest.
Nikki made Natalya tap out on the 10/25/16 episode of SmackDown Live using a modifiedSTF. It looked both sleeker and more painful than her boyfriend's version, too!
Nikki's No DQ match against Carmella at TLC 2016, especially when she pulled out the fire extinguisher.
Nikki pulled out a series of Awesome Moments in her Falls Count Anywhere match with Natalya:
When they brawl into the crowd, Nikki does her signature springboard kick off the security wall. Even Natalya could be heard whispering "good job" afterwards.
She gives Natalya an Alabama Slam onto the announce table, just narrowly countering Nattie's own attempt at a powerbomb through the table.
Backstage she sends Natalya flying face first through a mirror set up at the make-up table.
While Natalya tries to lock the Sharpshooter in on the entrance aisle, Nikki counters into a brutal looking STF. Natalya was clearly on the verge of tapping, but Maryse interfered to break the hold.
How about Nikki delivering the Rack Attack 2.0 to Tyler Breeze, who is damn near 100 pounds heavier than her? And she held him for several seconds before doing so!
