• The Fix-Its may be small, but you do not want to piss them off. They will come after you, as Carlos learned the hard way when he came by to threaten tenants. The Fix-Its lure him to the top of the building. Then into the shed, where they proceed to beat (and possibly electrocute) him. Eventually causing him to run away screaming.
• Carlos cementing his Heel–Face Turn by charging into the burning tenement to rescue Faye, nearly getting himself killed in the process.
