Kamen Rider SD: Kaiki!? Kumo Otokonote is an OVA based on the Kamen Rider SD mini-franchise.
It was originally released to video on March 22nd, 1993. The OVA had a Blu-Ray release included in the Shin Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider ZO and Kamen Rider J Blu-Ray Box set in Japan.

- The Faceless: In this continuity, the Kamen Riders do not appear in their human forms, though Riderman remains with the lower half of his face exposed.
- Greater-Scope Villain: Majin Great Leadernote of GranShocker, who appears to be a new incarnation of the original Great Leader of Shocker.
- Home Base: The Rider Carrier serves as home to the Riders and Tachibana.
- Humongous Mecha: On closer inspection, the Great Leader's body appears to be this, with a caped figure in the forehead. In the concluding chapter of the manga, it was revealed that the "Great Leader" was indeed a mecha piloted by none other than Doctor Shinigami, an Shocker executive.
- Legion of Doom: Gran Shocker, an alliance of Kamen Rider villains.
- Malicious Misnaming: RX refers to Shadow Moon of Gran Shocker as "Sunshine Moon".
- The Mentor: Tobei Tachibana, whose live-action incarnation mentored the Seven Legendary Riders, acts as this for all 11 Riders here.
- Mooks: Gran Shocker's Sentoninnote wear blue and yellow uniforms with the Gran Shocker insignia on their forehead, appearing not too dissimilar to the Gel-Shocker Sentonin from the original series.

- Supervillain Lair: Gran Shocker are based at the Gran Shocker Tower.
- Terrible Trio: Kumo Otoko forms one with Destron monsters TV Fly and Cannon Buffalo.
